Prós: The Car
Contras: Agent talked me into taking a charge that I did not need
Prós: Quick and easy, the attendants were nice..
Contras: The car was filthy. As the sun set it was difficult to see thru whatever film was on the windshield. The interior was never cleaned, several used water bottles and a pile of (what appeared to be) sugar in the center of the car and it smelled like vomit. Still waiting on receipt of return via email..

Prós: Car ready for pickup as requested.
Contras: Directions at site/airport as to where to drop off car is non-existent. Had to call clerk.

Great vehicle (except for dirty windows
Contras: 1. Desk staff member CONSTANTLY was looking at her cell phone. Was NOT related to any other work related needs. Totally un-professional.
2. Inside of the front windshield windows were absolutely filthy. Using the defrosters made it difficult until we cleaned them.
3. Re-read thec ell phone concern/complaint, poor traiing or supervision.

Prós: Nothing
Contras: I could not rent the car because they did not accept my type of debit card! It would have been nice to know that before wasting my time setting the appointment and then going to them for the attendant to rudely tell me he can’t accept my chime debit card.
Contras: Did not feel like a professionally run business. All employees were young got distracted very easily.
Prós: Not much was average car company with average car.
Contras: Car was smoked in, took a while to pick up and drop off due to only one staff member.
Prós: That I got my vehicle so I could leave the place
Contras: The person at the counter was so rude! No good customer service was given at anytime we were there. He even was on his phone taking a personal call while trying to get our vehicle! Not going to that Avis facility ever again

Prós: On pickup the service clerk spent 20 minutes talking to another customer in Russian helping them buy a car dealer and talking shop while I waited in line. He assumed I wouldn't know what's going on, little did he know I speak perfect Russian. With all that going on the computer showed the vehicle with a full tank, when I was at empty. We had to work it all out upon return on the vehicle in a different state.
I did forget my EZ pass in the car and once I realized what happened I contacted Budget to request tag to be returned. Both the drop off site and customer service claim they don't have the tag, yet I see Florida toll charges on it. Obviously forgetting the tag in the car is my fault, but how anyone claim the car is disinfected and cleaned if the tag attached to the window is missed?????
Contras: I never ordered a car for pickup in Trenton. I ordered one for pickup in Philly. I canceled this order by phone and placed a new order directly through Budget's website for pickup in Philly. Somehow this reservation in Trenton wasn't actually canceled because someone then called that morning asking where I was to pickup the car.
Prós: Drop off was super inefficient.

Contras: Bathroom was a bit dirty and the location is tough to find, not well lit, and could use more signage.
Charged me for gas, after I had just filled tank!!!
Prós: Car was clean, ready and on time for pickup.
Contras: Attendent handed me a folded print out receipt with a $25 and change charge for fuel, plus a $5 service fee, after I had just filled up a few miles away from drop off. Didn't notice until we wefe in JFK terminal.
Prós: Efficient, polite service
Contras: Rental drop off was in back of airport, not well marked, need better large signage
Contras: The windshield was covered with bird poop and other dirt. There was no windshield liquid in the dispenser so it didn’t come off
The inside had coffee/liquid spills in the console and I could tell it wasn’t clean.
No one came to pick us up at the airport so a transport man dropped us off at budget.
I rented a car for 3 days in fort Myers for $67 and this rental was over $50 for one day
Very disappointed in Budget
Prós: Ford Taurus was terrific
Contras: Took three attempts to get the bill straight...but finally was as expected thru kayak

Prós: I liked how nice, efficient, helpful and no-nonsense and to the point was the overall service, from pick up to drop off. I am particularly grateful to Andrei for going out of his way to rush me to the airport as I was running late for my flight. Thanks to his quick and helpful action, I made it just in time to my flight. Budget is always the best!

Contras: When I arrived there was no car for me, they had to rent one from their neighbor. Car was filthy. The attendant told me to bring the tank on 1/2, there was a little less than that. Brought the car back on a little less than FULL. CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK!! Because they had to give me a different car than what was on the paperwork, they never changed information. I should have looked. I reminded the attendant that HE told me to bring the tank back on 1/2. Luckily I wasn't charged for gas. They don't speak very good English. Because we flew into Trenton, NJ we didn't have much of a choice of Car Rental Agencies.
