Worst car rental experience ever. Budget promised free insurance for our car rental - but still charged for insurance. Also, with their own words, they gave us upgraded car without us knowing that - and they charged us higher price because for that car. Please end your co-work with this shitty company! Also their customer service is super mean and non-professional, when we contacted them and wanted to clear things like adults. So sad :(Avaliado em 30 jul. 2023

This rental location is a mess, and in a bad neighborhood. They did not have digital documents and used a dot matrix printer. To top it allnoff, they are trying to charge me $200 more than what the reservation says. Make sure to read the charges on the contract before you sign, even if the document is on paper printed from a dot matrix printer.Avaliado em 18 jul. 2023

They included a fuel charge when dropping the vehicle off after I filled it up… I had to argue with them about the extra fee in order for them to waive the fee.Avaliado em 19 jun. 2023

Very slow service in Buffalo. Charges not explained well. Extra charge put on at drop off that had no explanation. Contacted customer service and they have been very helpful. They responded quickly and rectified things.Avaliado em 1 jun. 2023
