Da qualidade dos serviços de quarto, da segurança no hotel. Um fato que me incomodou bastante, e que não me satisfez foi o fato de em alguns dias com sol brilhante, o hotel mantinha o teto da piscina fechado, não permitindo aos hóspedes que tomassem sol diretamente. Solicitei várias vezes a abertura do teto, pois adoro luz e ar natural, mas não fui atendida.
Eu adorei a área da piscina e a equipe foi muito simpática! O quarto não estava limpo e as camas eram velhas, desgastadas e barulhentas.
A sala de ginástica era bom e limpo.
A qualidade do quarta era muito boa. A rua, apesar de estar a 1 minuto a pé da rua principal, não é a melhor. É frequente ter visitas de mendigos a pedir dinheiro. Isto sem problemas aparentes de segurança.
A localização, na melhor região de Atlanta, e o conforto do hotel. É possivel visitar os principais pontos turisticos da cidade a pé, e nos arredores do hotel existem vários restaurantes. O Hotel é excelente.

Comfortable bed , I was upgraded to a king and also put up on a higher floor by request. The view from the tower is no view at all just down town traffic and noise. Also the walls are thin, I could here others toilet flush and door closings.
Great meeting hotel, with the best and friendliest staff anywhere. Really good lunch options are in the contacted food court.
I like the fact that is in the city ,and I didn't had to rent a car everything is just there great location. But the room that I got its wasn't clean everything just was dasty the sheet was very dirty I don't think that hotel with high quality like the say but honestly it's wasn't athe all I'll give it rate 5 star only because the location was great.
Computer downtime meant manual check-in system with pen and paper. They had all hands on deck and handed out vouchers to guests in long line, served drinks (alcoholic included) at no charge, and walked you to your room. Overnight parking was very pricey (I think $35/day).

Location and the people are awesome. Small room. Didn't have a King that I requested. Got 2 doubles. Typical over - expensive food and beverage that you have to stand in massive lines for.

Very modern and clean! Really enjoyed my stay there! I did not like that the hotel charged me $126.00 to park my vehicle for a 2 night stay. I was not informed of this charge until check out.
Excellent front desk and bell staff. Plenty of rooms for early check-in. Room balcony doors actually open so you can get a breeze and see the city. Excellent location for getting all around the city. The interactive TV menu is cumbersome, the mouse on the remote is crap and takes like a million spins to get anything done. Its just not very usable sometimes.

Muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de metrô. Estrutura simples, porém confortável. Bom café da manhã com custo incluso na tarifa, o que é raro encontrar em hotéis americanos do mesmo padrão. Preço justo!
O que mais gostei no Inn at the Peachtrees Hotel foi da educação e presteza dos funcionários. Pra quem não vive na cidade, é sempre importante obter informações sobre o lugar, linhas de trem, horários e ruas melhores pra andar, etc. E os funcionários sempre foram muito solícitos em me ajudar nisso. Não. O único inconveniente é que o hotel estava em reforma. Mas isso não prejudicou em nada minha estadia e nem o bom serviço do hotel.
Atenção dos funcionarios com os hospedes e localização central e perto do metro melhorar a calefação do apartamento, ar condicionado muito barulho.Melhorar o acesso a internet

I love, love, love the dark cool colors of the room and the modern design! I also loved the peak-a-boo shower! I did not like the $30/night parking fee.

It was a cool, fun hotel. The room was tiny for the price and the shower did not have a door so it was freezing!

I like being close to the Atlanta area. I like the building architecture and the modern furniture. After getting our key room, the reception attendant was not too clear about our floor number or room number, so we got of course in the wrong elevator (I had all the bags and three small kids). It was a little frustrating I wished more hospitality and clarity for our first time there... Then the next day the alarm clock in the next room to ours started beeping at 5am with no one there to turn it off. I had to call the guest services to ask for someone to turn it off. Of course all the kids I had sleeping with me woke up at 5am!!! not the way you want to sleep at a 5 star hotel!
the restaurant service was awful. we went every night. food was great, service was terrible.

Exactly what I needed for my business trip. The only thing that could have been better was the internet. I paid for the extra fast connection and it was sometimes plenty fast but other times wouldn't take several minutes to load even basic pages.
Big hotel. Accommodated my early arrival. False alarm went off at 5:30am, waking all guests. It was not resolved until about 20 mins later.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Air worked great. There was alot going on at the hotel that weekend but check in was pretty quick and the riom was extremely quiet.
it was a nice room and pool. no where to park except down the street at midnight in downtown atlanta with my daughter. we first sat for 45 minutes to get into the mariott only to find out they had no parking because it was full and so we had to go down the street park in a parking garage, and walk back two blocks with our luggage at midnight. I will next year stay someplace that offers more to there guests. I was disappointed also in the staff very unhelpful, I just was not impressed at all with what I got for my money

I liked that when I put that "do not disturb" sign on my door for my entire stay.....they left me alone! I've stayed in some places that totally ignore the sign. Also....Hampton Inn & Suites has THE BEST BED AND PILLOWS EVER!!!
You can't beat the location. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Cute room layout. Free cookies, coffee/tea, and fruit-infused water at front desk. Good free breakfast. During breakfast, the manager even walked around to all the tables and asked how everyone's stay was. He was very personable, as was all the staff. Excellent customer service. Overall incredible value. Hamptons seem to be really stepping up their game lately. The TV didn't work the morning of our checkout. Also, you have to pay for parking, but it's honesty not really a negative because you'd have to pay for parking anyway to do any downtown Atlanta activities.

It is fantastically well located, 2 blocks from Marta station and from Centennial parrk, and the hotel is nice. The breakfast is not very good , not "continental" one but mostly american.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was very good with a great assortment. Even though I didn't need it, the kitchenette was super nice and well equipped. Location! We arrived at 12:30 AM. Circled the block for over an hour trying to find the hotel. Stopped at three other hotels that didn't know where it was either. Finally saw the marquis high on the building. There was construction around the front entrance and absolutely no identifying signs at street level.

The staff was excellent! They were very friendly and helpful. The unexpected social hour the evening we arrived was a nice surprise. The valet, Lonnie, was very helpful with directions getting around the city. Everyone was accommodating and seemed genuinely concerned that each guest was happy and taken care of. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. For a queen size, it seemed a bit small. Upgrading the mattresses in this location would take it to the next level of comfort.
First and for most the staff was amazing and helpful. Being so close to downtown attractions saved so much money on parking. Where to start, first I booked this room months ago, so I get that stuff changes but my biggest problem could of been fixed by simple things. First WE COULDN'T FIND THE HOTEL!!!!! Apparently sometime from the time I booked to when we showed up the hotel got bought out or something. The upper management must of decided to renovated the hotel. So when we showed up (around 11pm) the hotel didn't look open. so we drove around for an hour to find it asking 3 other hotels where it was and getting directions from a homeless person to find it and still missed it! Until we walked ALL the way around the building through the construction area to find the front desk. Second part of the reason I picked this hotel was the pool and breakfast, didn't find out about the pool till after we checked in. We were informed about breakfast but to loss out of the free breakfast with only a 15% discount at waffle house, was not what I was expecting because it was another way to save money we now had to spend. Also the construction workers started work early in the morning near the occupied rooms after such a late night trying to find the hotel, the wake up call sucked!!! We had no DO NOT DISTRIBUTE sign so the cleaning staff nearly walked in even though we called out telling them other room was occupied. I do want to point out that the staff was amazing and did everything they could to make up all of our complains. They make off the construction zone, put up an entrance sign, and got us a do not disturb sign. But all of these complaints could of been fixed by a simple call before our check in date to let us know what was going on at the hotel. So a way we knew what to look for instead of leaving us lost.
People very nice and loved the valet parking....was quick and hassle free We were there for the u2 concert. Was disappointed that the front desk couldn't help more in finding us places to eat at after the concert or entertainment. Saw the usa paper as we were checking out. Also, neither phone in our room worked. Would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast. I would stay again though. The rooms were comfortable. More information need to be put in the room....what is located around that area.
Great value for location Like most hotels downtown parking expensive. There was some type of construction going and there was no restaurant in the Hotel.
