Funcionários simpáticos, quarto incrível para o preço. O café da manhã foi incrível!
A equipe era simpática e amigável! Fiquei apenas uma noite para pegar um voo muito cedo na manhã seguinte. Quarto muito confortável e muito limpo!
The staff were very welcoming and helpful with every aspect. The restaurant, Mas, with its roof top bar & tapas was a very fun way to spend our first evening.
The hotel didn't have a pool, they give you a pass to use a public gym.. lots of homeless arround the area. My room wasn't cleaned on time so I had to call the manager.
My prepaid room was given away. After arriving at the hotel on a late flight, I was told to take a letter to a different hotel across town because they didn't have my room. This happened to several other guests that evening. The other hotel was considerably far from my meetings that brought me to town for 3 days. Hotel clerk rude and dismissive at checkin.
Great atmosphere. Beautiful inside and out. Great price to quality ratio. Comfy bed. Clean. Good location. Water pressure in the shower was really low. No complimentary breakfast. Receptionist was a little formal/stuffy, but still very helpful.
Friendly staff, great restaurant. Check in was in a small, cramped room. The room was kind of small, especially the bathroom. It is an older hotel that they have tried to upgrade. Not much of a view. Not in a great part of town but I am not sure Albuquerque has such a thing.
The Andaluz has a wonderful history and the remodel saved it's antique flavor. We found the employees friendly and knowledgable about its past. Loved the bar on the 2nd floor. All the beers on tap were local.
Nice central location close to any amenities such as shipping and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean and would be perfect for the business traveler. We chose this hotel for the location and heated pool. The pool was small (looks large in pictures) but I would not consider it a truly heated. It felt like going into an ice bucket every time. Our family would do laps just to get warmed up enough to stay in it. We travel a lot and on the heated side of this I would rate the pool a 2. It did however offer up a great hot tub. Perfectly set temperature. We did not eat at the restaurants but it looked nice and there was also a Starbucks inside. Most places we stay the staff always greets you, this one did not. Employees were always too busy talking. They were however nice when approached. As a former business traveler I would say this place is a hit. As a family I might try another place next time I stay in ABQ just to see what else is out there.
Low price, courteous staff, Heavy area traffic is not conducive to pedestrians wishing to walk to Uptown. Its not far, but a lot of lights and 6-8 lane highways to cross. No pool (but we knew that), loud and off-key band in the lobby lounge at check in. Worn side chair in room, dirty/worn elevators. Hung the do not clean sign but the housekeeping staff came in anyway. Nit picking really, as we pretty much got what we expected from an older Sheraton-run property.
Location is good and overall clean but small rooms. They put us in the wrong room when we checked in so we had to go back to front desk. It was about 9:30 pm. Put all 4 of us in room with one bed instead of two queen beds.
The beds were great You had water in the room for a fee. Either give the water or don't put it in there.
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! I LIKED THAT THE MALL WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. I HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME!!!
Nothing Place is a total shit stack. It would be better suited to have the facility pushed over and have a modern version built.
It had a fairly nice bathroom, nice shower. Bed/mattress pretty firm which I like. Decent sized flat screen TV. Pool a little too small and not deep enough. Hot tub ok, but couldn't get the jets to come on. Wife had some back/hip pain after sleeping on mattress.
I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They were welcoming of me and my two young children (and dog). The rooms could be cleaner. The carpet was stained and it made my infant dirty when he crawled. The tub wouldn't drain properly, so we got to shower in standing water. Also, there was used soap left in the shower, along with shampoo and conditioner. One of the main reasons I picked the Sheraton was because they have cribs available. They did not. My infant had to sleep on the floor on some blankets. I couldn't have both my kids in bed with me, as I only had a queen.
My adult son and I visited Albuquerque for Thanksgiving with family. We were very pleased with the comfort and the option of no linen service to help conserve water in this drought-stricken area. The mini-fridge came in very handy, and I liked the nice touch of having flavored water available in the lobby for a quick drink. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants so can't comment on them. Drinks were pricey in the bar. Vouchers were issued if one chose not to have linen service. But the vouchers didn't mention where they could be redeemed. If I can find out, I'll send mine back to the relatives who live there so they can be used.
The cleanliness. The coffee and tea available at the "nurses stations" in the morning. The baked goods at breakfast. The quiche at breakfast. The lack of more substantial food at breakfast. What was available was delicious, but it'd be nice to have some fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns available.
Clean, Modern, great breakfast, great ambiance
I absolutely loved the style of the hotel. The room and view were stunning! The staff were professional and everything was spotless. The attention to detail was much appreciated. the extra touches such as the Old Town Walkin tour and the cookies at check in we're fabulous. The gym wasn't functioning as it was being refurbished. Also the food in the on site restaurant was very spicy hot....hot...hot, and should have come with a warning. The food was delicious if you can handle the heat!
Lobby Old bathroom
View was great. Turned out that Friday night was a party night for a room near us. Loud and drunk young folks. Had to call security and police to get them under control. Room was not really cleaned each day, just a few things done. Chairs not comfortable, not enough electric outlets. No extra blankets in the room. Bed not comfortable.
Nothing Very unattentive front desk. Asked for suggestions for dining in the area and got blank stares. Called front desk about fighting in the hallway at 2am and the yelling and screaming continued for over an hour.
Very friendly staff. Pool area was well maintained and covered by Aaron. The restaurant was a big surprise - usually do not expect hotels to serve food as good as we got there. Nothing - perfect for a guys weekend.
Loved that the hotel was situated where old town and st Claire winery were walking distance easy to get around to places. Hotel rooms were clean and beds were comfortable Didn't like that happy hours was unavailable on weekends and no breakfast was included with room stay
We were physically assaulted by the security guards on staff at the hotel. Never in my life have I witnessed something like this. Yes we were noisy which led to complaints... but it was for a party we told the staff a month before , and it was only loud because there were 20+ people all in one room since the staff DID NOT PUT ALL OUR ROOMS on one floor like we requested mknths before, several times, to avoid just this. Instead they put us by other guests and mixed our rooms up. This would have avoided other guests hearing us and being upset. Security came and physically attacked two of our guests for arguing with them about the policy as they seemed very aggressive. We were all shocked. Needless to say there is a nice lawsuit ensuing against this hotel. Happy visit!
Staff was very professional and kind. There is a nice pool and a patio. Overall very pleasant. Rooms are standard.
My room was comfortable, the restaurant and reception staff were very friendly. Great location near old town. Free parking I was disappointed that they didn't have the fireplace going in the big hall to make it a bit cozy.
Employees were really nice and helpful.
The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the old town shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice and all of the indoor and outdoor decor was beatiful. The room and bathroom were surprisingly larger than expected. The staff were very helpful and accomdating There was construction going on right next to the hotel that was fairly loud and started relatively early that woke me up.
the beds were very comfortable Beds were small for being double beds, bathroom was small shower was very close to door
Very interesting design and easy on/off I-25 The cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning the bathrooms.
The bed was very comfortable. The staff were not helpful. Asked for some pillows and said they didn't have extra, seems very unlikely. Also, they act like they were the only one at the hotel not willing to help. Basically, customer service needs great improvement.
I thought the Hotel was just great, I loved everything about it. I would defintely stay at Nativo again. Everything was excellent about my stay even tthough I can't click on the dots.
We made reservations because of convenience, and we will return for the same reason -- and because of the comfort, the beauty, the helpful and friendly staff, the cleanliness the price and just because it feels good,
This is a nice hotel, especially if you're looking for something last minute. It has everything you need. The pool and outdoor area is awesome, so if you're traveling with kids, they're going to love it. Teepee right by the pool, hotub, pool is half inside half outside. Super fun. The interior is decorated with great local art and it's handicap accessible. Room service is reasonably priced. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Really great stay. The crib it advertised on the website is actually a pack-n-play. That kind of sucked because there's no way to wash those, so who knows how many babies/toddlers have slept/pooped/peed/spit up in it. Bring your own of you're traveling with a small child.
Lobby decor Noisy people in room next door ..no enforcement of quiet hours....constantly running toilet in bathroom...no action taken upon notifying hotel staff
All of the staff was very nice. no refrigerator in the room
The view of the mountains. The pool was clean. The jacuzzi was not working but the water was hot. There was a cockroach in my room and after trying to kill it twice i was successful and put it in a paper cup and brought it to the front desk. I told them what happened and they said they sprayed for bugs two weeks ago but they could spray the hallway again and my room. I asked them not to spray till we checked out in two more days. He agred and just looked at me with out offering to compensate us or offer us another room. We have stayed here before every time we come to Albuquerque for the past two years but will think about finding a new hotel to spend our heard earned money at.
Good access to the areas of town I needed to go to.
Very nicely appointed and comfortable hotel with Aveda toiletries and a great restaurant. Convenient location right off of I-25..
The interior style was unusal and interesting. The towels were quite thick and the toiletry selection was good, Aveeda products. It was very dark and while in our hot climate ( I liive in NM A) it is a relief from the sun, after a while it seemed oppressive.
Check in was easy, facility looked clean upon arrival. Asked what time breakfast would be served in morning, was told 630. Staff didn't start setting up breakfast until 630, and as my family and I had to checkout to continue our trip there was no food or beverages out. Very disappointed.
Nice room, nice staff, nice facilities Breakfast cost, but wasn't expensive.
The bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress, which had no pad or cover, the pillows were thick hard squares that were completely uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was really loud.
Great front desk staff. Very helpful in getting loaded early to get to the airport. For the value it was perfect. A place to sleep and get up early to get to the airport.
Room was neat and clean. Bed and pillows were great. Trying to reach the front desk. Took three calls to get an answer. Once someone answered the phone, they were very courteous.
The restaurant Courteous staff Nice rooms Hated leaving
Leaving TV was not working, safe in closet was pulled from the wall because they used improper fasteners. Tile missing in bathroom, lack of security as was demonstrated when I placed two calls to the front desk because of running and screaming children in the hallway at 10:30 at night. Very noisy machines in the vending area on my floor. This hotel is run on the cheap!
It was quiet! Even near the airport I didn't hear anything. The heater in the room took awhile to start.
They gave us a suit which was an upgrade. Beautiful room. very clean and quite. We just went over night to catch an early flight and the toilet wasn't working in the AM so that put a damper on our morning. We told them at the front desk hopefully they fixed it for the next person.
Quiet, fairly comfortable. By the airport, but easy drive to get to downtown restaurants. We arrived early and exhausted, and staff was kind enough to allow early check-in. Given the rate we paid, we were happy with everything.
Close to airport and auto rental checkin Rooms need a refresh. Wall paper was stained and raveling. Doors did not open all the way, they rubbed on tile and carpet flooring. It seems doors are out of plumb.
Food is in close proximity The beds are uncomfortable the fire alarm beeped all night the shower got water everywhere and there was swat team kicking someone out of the hotel when I arrived
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean and adequate. We just wanted a comfortable place to sleep. Sadly, the in-room air conditioner was quite loud and the pillows were fat foam things that hurt my neck. Perhaps the staff could have brought something else, but it was late and I didn't realize the problem, so I didn't ask. Bring your own pillow!
Good location Dirty bathroom. Hair everywhere. Dead roach.
Has the value of a $70-$80 range hotel but cheaper.
The room was clean and simple. i will stay again the next time visit. My father was at another more expensive hotel and had one more night in the city and actually booked a room for the last night on my recommendation. The have a free hotel shullte and its only $8.00 for a cab ride if the shuttle is busy. I like the free breakfast. They had a good veriety to choose from. Parking is free and easy to get to room. It really was the best value I have had as a world traveler.
Very comfortable, easy to get to, very friendly. Extremely clean and quiet-- just perfect for us. Thank you and we will be back. Couldn't find anything negative.
The location was very close to I-25. Beds were not uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet had very limited choices, with dry scrambled eggs probably made with dried eggs and with bland hash brown and tater tots.
Location was easy to get to/from. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Hotel seems like it hasn't been renovated in a long time.
The front desk clerk, Gabby was super nice and helpful. They need waffle maker for breakfast.
Clean room. Nice staff. Great pizza place right down the street and 7/11 right outside. Felt safe and was happy with my room
there is nothing to like about this hotel expect that it was close to the airport the view outside my window was a man sitting in his car in the parking lot shooting a needle in his arm . I felt like a was watching an episode of Breaking Bad.
Good price, good breakfast buffet. Nice pool, easily accessible location. Not suites. Slightly seedy location, building is showing its age.
Location Room smell .. Old building .. NOT A 3 STAR...
The staff was great and courteous, very clean. My new go-to hotel when in Albuquerque .
the hotel was a bit old but had that awesome clean towel bar soap smell Starbucks is right there And you can go to the restaurant in the lobby and still get authentic NM food. The staff is incredible fun folks who make you feel like a friend. One of them even did an impression for me, HILARIOUS love it, A++++++ would buy again Nothing notable They even brought me a flat iron and hairbrush
The only great thing about our stay was the older gentlemen at the valet. He over exceeded the customer service expectations. More of your staff members should follow his example. The beds were awful. You might as well put sheets over a pallet of springs. For the amount of money people pay I think the hotel can afford better mattresses. Our faucet in our room has a horrible leak. You might want to tell housekeeping to do a deep clean on the furniture it's a tad dirty. As for the front desk rule of thumb don't let your guest stand around for 15 minutes because you failed to notify valet. 2 seconds on the radio and your done. But seriously almost 30 minutes waiting all together to retrieve a phone charger from the car is a little ridiculous all that was, was a lack of communication. ***** 5 stars to the older gentlemen in valet***** He is a true employee and if you don't notice that as management you lack as well in training and bringing the expectations needed for great guest services.... I hope you tell him to.... The mattresses Poor guest services (Front Desk)
Friendly convenient and affordable.
The food was way to expensive and hard to place an order for room service
The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, there's a Starbucks in the hotel. Nothing
The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and had some great recommendations for places walking distance for meals. Parking is extra, and it wasn't apparent in the booking or when I checked in and they gave me the pass to get in/out of the garage.
I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. We stayed there because we had an early flight. The refrigerator was making a loud noise. I had to get up in the middle of the night to unplug it because the noise was keeping me awake.
Airport shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm so we did not need to arrange for a cab. They allow on-site Stay and Park and Fly for a small fee, which was waived this time since it is a new policy and we didn't know. Thanks, Ramada!. Helpful friendly staff. French roast coffee, recommended by the clerk, was delicious at 4:20 am waiting for the shuttle. Quiet and clean room. We have stayed here often and can see improvement and upgrades since it is under new ownership. We look forward to our next stay. My husband ran out of hot water while showering around 9 am on the second morning; luckily I showered before him and it was fine..
Close to the airport, free shuttle to airport as well as to the rail runner downtown. Friendly staff. Old rooms and facilities. Definitely a budget hotel.
Van drivers and location and nice new cozy bed linen were all appreciated greatly. Sopping wet carpet discovered in stocking feet, filthy at that, toilet that didn't flush because the flapper valve was so old it was disintegrating, unmade roll-away bed left in room that I had to remove, raggedy bathroom linens, faucet that would not shut off--seals so bad I couldn't even get it down to a trickle--steady stream, entry door not square--I had to lean into it with my shoulder to get it open. This list is from the 2 rooms I tried. This place is in need of THOROUGH AND COMPLETE renovation, not just dressed-up bed linens and a couple pieces of new furniture.
Every staff person was a pleasure to talk with. Super breakfast. Loved the green chili stew. Lots of amenities and the TV clarity was a treat.
I didn't like to be charged twice for the deposit. I got my money back the next day but it would have been nice to have that to do some shopping.
Staff very nice Stained bedding, dirty floors
Old, outdated, floors weren't clean (cereal on floor behind bed), beds were clean enough, but holes in blankets. AC worked well and it was quiet and close to airport for quick commute out in the morning. Breakfast was okay.
Very helpful staff; clean; convenient N/A
Our room smelled like animal pee. It was a "pet room" and it was obvious. I paid $10 extra so I could stay in a room that smelled like a dirty animal pound.
I've stayed in my share of $60/night airport hotels, and this is one of the best. Clean, well-appointed, safe neighborhood, plenty of food options nearby.
location near airport and Waffle House, clean room, comfortable temperature and bed. neighbors were noisy until late on a Saturday night
Management and staff went out of their way to help me get around when the rental car I reserved was not available
The stay was great everything about it was GREAT! The rooms where small but still I would stay again.
I loved the beds. They were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the deluxe breakfast, and the hot tub. The pool was freezing cold even though they said it was a heated indoor pool. The walls were very thin, so we could here the people next door to us.
I personally think the price for the hotel is way to much if you don't get it at a discount. It's like 200$ a night. Im guessing because if the location. However the staff is amazing and I was there for a convention. My room had a weird smell. Im not sure what it was. Kinda chemical smell. I could also go with out the duck feather filled pillows.
The hotel staff was very friendly. From the front desk, hotel bar, to the shuttle drivers, they all made sure of our needs. The hotel is right off the free way and walking distance from the mall and shops. There is no free wifi in the rooms. Only in the lobby (a nice lobby though)
It wasn't the best place we've stayed. You can hear everything. The conditioning unit burned. It was kind of dirty.
Our room smelled like cigarettes and it was very very noisy. The price of the room did not reflect the socioeconomic status of other occupants.
