Prós: Anna-Cristina was very helpful and patient even though the line was long and she was the only attendant due to COVID regulations.
Contras: I wasn't aware that I needed to retrieve the car at Hertz at the Cagliari Airport even though I rented from Dollar (unless I missed it in the fine print somewhere, but it wasn't obvious). Another attendant would have been helpful as it was quite a long line and I waited over 30 minutes, but I understand this may have been due to COVID regulations for staffing. The check engine "(!)" yellow light came on a few days before my return, and the roadside assistance employee told me over the phone that I should explain this to an attendant upon return. I ended up returning the car 1 day early before the scheduled time, and wanted to confirm the early return/ensure that I would be charged accordingly, as well as explain the check engine light situation, but no one was there when I returned the car and I wasn't sure which number to call since I made the reservation through Dollar but it was actually via Hertz.

Prós: The staff was very nice and friendly.
Contras: The car feels like a manual when youre driving and its REALLY difficult to pick up and give it gas.

I would like a refund
Prós: We paid the insurance beforehand, and at the airport we did not get the car. Dollar rentals were run by hertz, and the hertz employees said they cannot help us, and that the dollar policies have not been met, regarding the fact that we ha electronic credit cards (something along these lines, they were speaking mosty italian).

Prós: Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i przyjazna.
Contras: Pojazd ma wrażenie ręcznej obsługi podczas jazdy, a jego odbiór jest ZAWSZE trudny i powoduje wydzielanie gazu.

Prós: Wpłaciliśmy ubezpieczenie, a na lotnisku nie otrzymaliśmy samochodu. Czynsze w dolarach były realizowane za herc, a pracownicy herców stwierdzili, że nie mogą nam pomóc i że polityka dolarowa nie została spełniona, co się tyczy faktu, że korzystamy z elektronicznych kart kredytowych (coś takiego jak te, mówiono po angielsku mosty italian).
