We were happy with the services except - 1. The car we were assigned to wasn't in its parking spot. Had to walk in & out of building several times. The car we eventually got was fine. 2. Thrifty apparently is owned by an Italian company. This fact WASN'T MENTIONED ANYWHERE UNTIL WE GOT CHARGED FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES BY OUR CREDIT CARD ON OUR RENTAL!!!!Avaliado em 27 fev. 2023

It took forever to rent the car. They needed more staff or just a faster process. Also, the car I was initially given wasn't in the space I was told so I needed to walk back in and have them find me another car. Also, I got a $465 bill when I was only expect $24 charge. I literally used the car for less than 6 hours!!! It was ridiculous and I'm still waiting for my credit card to be refunded. Great value but not work the stress and time I've spend getting my money back. Last rental with ThriftyAvaliado em 13 nov. 2021

There was no one at the counter when we arrived and were told that they are hardly ever there. We did not know what to do there was no sign or instructions on the counter or in our email. The security guard said “try the hertz counter. “ we did and got a car after much concern It was the same on the way home and I hav e still not received my email receipt.Avaliado em 20 jul. 2021

Prós:The drop off went fine. When I told the agent that we turned the car into about our horrible experience picking up the car, he deducted $10 off of the remaining fees.Contras:The pick up was the worst we have ever experienced. From the time that we arrived at the Thrifty counter until we were given the car, it was almost an hour. While we did receive a free upgrade, the wait was totally unacceptable. They gave us a coupon for 15% off of our NEXT Thrifty rental which probably should have just applied to the current rental.Avaliado em 24 mai. 2021
