It was one of my favorites, but this time the room was disappointing. First I was given a room that had the air conditioner in the middle of the room and then I got a room apparently best, but it smelled really bad.

Contras: Eu fiz uma reserva para um determinado preço on-line. Quando chegamos, o hotel me cobrado um monte de dinheiro mais adicional. Além disso, eles não me dar um recibo. Isto é errado. Estou fazendo uma queixa formal para a empresa Hotel. Eu nunca vou ficar em um City Express novamente.
Prós: Hotel was located in a good part of Saltillo, Staff was helpful and always willing to accomadate yor request and needs.
Contras: Construction made it almost impossible to access and with StarBucks located next door getting in and out was sometimes very difficult. Ceilings leaked very bad when it rained, I was in Room 219, also the key entry lock kept malfunctioning.

The only problem that i had, is that someone at the restaurart charge us $165.000. We went to fron desk & they told us that nobody did.. So i received my bank statement & aparently somebody did there. So i could not speak with nobody until MondayMornibg but We ghad to leave Sunday. I lov the place but it was no nice that somebody from there will charge us somuch money: that We did't buy anything at the restaurart. Pl
Prós: Staff & food.
Watch out for people when complaining about WIFI, because they start messing around with your phone settings. They never apologize and when wanting other services we had to called them 6 times before finally getting some service. They just give you the run around. The staff are young and do not understand what service means as they take it as a favor to you when actually should be a 'service'. Some major training is needed on customer service.

Probably the worst hotel in terms of service. They are very rude. They don't tell you what breakfast items are free, only after you have eaten. There is no WIFI signal in any room or at the main lobby.
Prós: Room was nice size
Contras: Staff members are rude. WIFI doesn't work. They don't tell which breakfast items are free until you get it and they charge you for it.
