hotel in the middle of nowhere, no public transportation, taxi takes 10 min to come and has preliminary charge of 10 € just to arrive

Excellent staff.

Transportation from/to downtown is difficult and costy even with the hotel's shuttle bus. The rooms were small and not up to the standard of such international hotel. The room has no safe box and I have to go the reception to use their main safe boxes area whenever needed (not really practical )

Hotel is too far away from the city center. Therefore, they should have a free of charge bus but in contrast they charge 5€ for each ride. Room service did not have a telephone number and both the bar, the restaurant and the reception did not answer the telephone calls around 10:00 at night

We were lucky to get the room. Stayed here only because we were stranded in Rome during ash cloud airport closures and got the room last minute. After two days, we booked a nice place in the city and saved money.

The hotel location is poor, far from airports and city center. Waiters and one reception worker very rude. The rate seems excellent for Rome but when you factor in how far away from the center your are, the cost of the shuttle (16 euro a day per person), internet access (22 euro a day), and you are even charged to use the sauna (10 euro) and pool (2 euro for mandatory swim cap). No mini bar, but vending machines in hallway. One 4 ounce drink cost 2 euro. Room service is 15 euro charge for delivery! Take my advice and book a place in town. In the end you'll save money and have the freedom to come and go as you please!

The hotel itself is nice, in a quiet neiborhood, shuttle service is prompt for a fee.

The waiter in the restaurant bar seems to not like Americans. His service was horrible like we are a bother to him when we ask for something or want to order more drinks. But he is so nice to the other tables who are locals and speak italian. My friend notice that he was not just rude to us but also to a guy also wearing a Minnesota shirt ( an American). That made me lead to conclusion that he does not like Americans. The hotel itself is not bad it's just that he works there and that made my experience in this hotel bad.Restaurant and bar closes early and there was no entertainment as the ad says. Pool and sauna closes early too.
