The hotel is beautifully designed, very unlike your usual Tunisian hotel. Good staff, fantastic amenities and an amazing Spa. They have also decent food at the restaurant, a bit more elaborate than average Some staff members, especially in the buffet restaurant are not friendly at all. They are usually missing one or two ingredients in the dishes compared to what is written on the menu (supply problems I guess but also very ambitious menu with things you usually don't find in Tunisia). They do not serve alcohol and are not clear about this upfront. So for the ones like me who like their glass of wine, go eat somewhere else or bring alcohol with you for consumption in the room
Impeccable facility with great staff! I did not know in advance that no alcohol wS served on premise.
The breakfast and the staff went excellent The hotel is not direct at the beach
Russelior is the premier hotel to stay in Tunsia and is well worth the drive to Hammeret. This is a 5 star hotel no questions about it and the staff go out of there way to provide for you and make a point to know your name. Spa was also very good and the beach is very close by. If you have to stay in Tunisa Russelior Hotel is the place.
The russelior hotel it is one of the best hotel in Africa, the video you see about the hotel it is nothing compare of the luxury you will find there
The dinner buffet was different every day, which meant that for people on fb/hb/ai packages it didn't become repetitive eating at the hotel every night. Despite visiting after the peak season (we went in September), the animation team still offered a range of different activities- even if it meant that aqua gym was done with three people! I found that some of the staff were a little abrupt and rude. The majority of staff (especially the waiters) were lovely but the few who didn't want to give us the time of day spoilt it a little.
Light, elegant and spacious hotel with very good food, many activities located directly at the beach. Easy access by taxi to Hammamet and Yasmine Hammamet.
Relaxed environment, Excellent meals, spectacular views!!
all was just fine
We were 2 families with kids aged 10 and 12. The hotel provided such a pleasurable environment and facility with safe, clean, secure and friendly amenities and staff. I m definitely going back We needed some basic Medecine. We had to go outside to find a pharmacy. I would have appreciated they had a nursery in house.
view from hotel
the staff were unhelpful and we moved to a better hotel after 2 days as the reception staff were unhellpful we found a better hotel for 64 dinas a night with demi pension and had a very good holiday for the extra 8 days without the problems we had with the sultan. no complaints
Particularly the hotel staff: very friendly. Very well located, walking distance to town center. ATM's at hand, Internet (downtown, much cheaper than at the hotel), taxis really cheap if one does not want to walk 20 min. to the city center. Some rooms (3rd. floor) have a great view to the Mediterranean. Nice indoor swimming pool (outdoor too, but in winter water temperatures are not really inviting). In the hotel in particular and in Tunisia in general smoking is still allowed everywhere. This makes the stay sometimes a bit annoying, as one cannot find a nice restaurant or a lounge without smokers. They are everywhere. The hotel at least prohibited smoking in the restaurant, but in other places one could not stay long due to the stink of cigarette smoke. This was the only negative experience in Tunisia.
The room and the view was nice, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the front desk men was not very nice to us
breakfast, hotel staff, ground floor ......
nothinggggg their is nothing to do over 11h pm they close everythimg even the lights , i dont recommend it but you can go at palmbeach its just behind sultan
Constant hassle to pay despite being asked if we would like to pay on check out, including key being blocked on daily basis; Staff walking into room unannounced; payment for beach towels; threat of fine for taking bottled water into room despite none being offered in the room and no answer from room service. Dreadful hotel
the 'genuine' friendliness of some of the staff. their readiness, in general, to be of help and assistance, especially in a country whose language one does not necessarily know as was my case. (some of) the reception staff at my arrival and departure was not particularly warm to take on questions or provide answers that were satisfying. a bit standoffish, I presume, I don't know, at least slightly intimidating.
The location was fantastic - right on the beach.Bedroom with sea view had a great view. Stroll along beach to medina, just five - ten minutes walk; Pool area is also very good - everythign outside the hotel is fine! Unfortunatley the rooms are very Drab and let the hotel down badly. With such a great location, the hotel should match the rooms. Would be good it they did. The pillows were terrible - chopped up foam! Slept without one. . No bathroom amenities ar all - a wall hanging soap dispenser was empty. Staff speak little English. Staff not very helpful. Had to wait 45 mins after checking in to get into room.
The only thing I liked about this hotel was it's location bu I could live without it The hotel was dirty, old, unfriendly with non-existing service, requires general makeover
What I liked most was the location of the hotel because it is situated right on the beach and I also liked the staff who were very helpfull and friendly no
Right on Hammamet beach. That's it. The reception staff were unhelpful and tried to extort money from us at every opportunity. The The reception staff were unhelpful and tried to extort money from us at every opportunity. The hotel is essentially a 5 star international resort in ruins. It ios perfectly located but has been neglected horribly. From the semen stained sheets (not joking) to the poor quality of staff, poorly maintained facilities, "masseuse" who didnt have a clue (I think he was the pool boy the week before). Do yourself a favour and dont stay here.
Good location, spacious room (they upgraded us to a suite), nice onset restaurant. The breakfast was good (for Tunisia standards) however there wasn't enough staff so it meant that there were often no plates or knifes and forks, and some of the baskets were not refilled.
Service tres attentionne/tres belle vue des chambres /piscine tres agreable
nothing he room was so bad and dirty and service was soooooooooo bad no houskeeping fot two days and tv not working , room was full of ants and other insects we complaine but no respond what so ever , i think they are punishing booking.com clints with worst rooms next
The room was confortable however the service at the reception was disapointed. The Hotel was OK, but the restaurants were not organised. You have to fight to get to the Buffet ,only one buffet for more than 400 customers...The Spa is very expensive and nthing was included in the priceexcept indoor and very hot swimining pool.
friendly staff , nice location no internet in rooms very important
every thing was perfect and good.i think i'll try it again in the futur.
The Hotel is a real 5 stars, spacious, luxious, with wonderful pools , 2 for adults and 1 for kids, the private beach is absolutely clean and too comfortable that i didn't want to leave my steps at the golden sand :-) at the price that i got it was a real honeymoon even i couldn't stay more than 3 days, i will go back for more days. excursions are offered by the hotel in good price, and hammamet is the best point to start them. WiFi internet is extra and too expensive, i had to walk to nearby cafeteria for free and fast internet connection. yasmine hammamet is not hammamet, it's just a big touristic area. about 6km outside the city, don't expect to see Tunisia by staying in yasmine, except if u take excursion to the towns around (offered by the hotels or by travel agencies)
Cheap. Not for business trips! No way of obtaining receipt. They are also making problems when paying by master card. If you have a cash, and receipt is not important for you, then everything is OK.
Zodiak hotel is just amazing! great location in the centre of Yasmine Hammamet but still quiet and comfortable. you have everything there you need and even more: great food and service, close to the shops and nightlife, close to the beach and even wild beach (imagine that -you just need to find Zodiak's private beach and don't stay there -go right from there and you have a privacy!) -everything in 5minutes walking distance. if you compare this place to beach hotels in Hammamet this is a paradise! believe me -you will not regret to stay there and will be suprised by great Tunisian hospitality and culture. and we really know what we say! ;) - Daniel&Ola no coverage for wireless internet in room just in the lobby and the price of 3euro/hour ;)
the staff was very nice and helpful, facilities are good, food is good and overall atmosphere is very nice nothing is really bad
for the all -inclusive rate I paid the hotel was excellent value. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable - not 4 star European standard but a good 3 star holiday hotel. The food was pretty good and plenty of it. Bar service a bit slow. Plenty of area round pool for sunbathing and not too busy. Easy location only minutes from the beach and also from the medina for shopping and nightlife. not much night life in hotel - an animation show each night - pretty dire really!!! for the price paid i would return to the Zodiac....
The staff is so kind and warm. The breakfast is really good. The size of the room is good enough. The housekeeping is poor. They come so early in the morning and if the room is occupied they don't come back again.
spacious rooms. They went ahead and charged my credit card without getting back to me.They charged the whole ammount when the policy on your site says only 20% upon reservation.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly. The distance to the beach was short and the distance to Yasmine or Hammamet was cheap and close by taxi. The hotel food was also good. We were also up-graded to a bigger place at no extra cost (low season). The taxi service to and from the hotel from Tunis airport was organised very efficiently.
