There was an unexpected charge that wasn’t noted when I booked and paid for the rental online, months before our trip. It was for licenses and fees as well as a premium location tax. Our car was not available when we arrived and it took 2.5 hours for them to get a new one. The replacement car was much larger so they charged us double for the “upgrade”. Very unhappy with the experience.Avaliado em 4 jun. 2023

My car rental agent was excellent!! He is the bomb (originally from Spain). The wait time in order to be helped was quite long, so Europcar could be better about staffing enough agents but the agents that they do have are fantastic .Avaliado em 25 abr. 2023

The location is hard to get to, and the representative tried to upsell us to a Mercedes for an additional 500 pounds to the point of almost arguing with us that we booked the wrong car. The online insurance I bought was also not accepted either and we had no idea until I got to the counter, so I lost that money too. It cost me another 250 pounds for their insurance.
