The Enterprise Airport office in St Louis saved the day! And I am grateful. Listened carefully, got me the car I needed (though it was "smoky" for my drive across Missouri, and overall I was satisfied. Keep the smokers away from your cars!!Avaliado em 22 jan. 2023

Everyone was great. They called prior to pick up to verify the type of vehicle I needed and to give me their operating hours. The vehicle was clean and we had no issues with it for the trip. I don’t rent cars often, but this location was so very kind and just plain nice. If I ever need to rent a car I will go out of my way to rent from them. Abby was the best.Avaliado em 29 dez. 2022

I requested a car from STL Airport but you gave me a car that was at a different and didn't realize until shuttle took me to airport location and they gave me a price almost two what you quoted. The allocation said the location I had to go their by cab as their shuttle would not take me there and also that maybe it would be closed by the I got there. They didn’t have my rental at all. I never got a car . They said the price was not what they charge so they tried to get me to do the reservation over to pay more money for the car. They didn’t Honor you all’s prices.Avaliado em 14 jul. 2021

Prós:Initially the vehicle was great but the maintenance and oil change light came on.Contras:Vehicle maintenance been up to date, I tried to contact roadside assistance and was on hold for a half hour. I got different answers from everyone I talked to.Avaliado em 12 jun. 2021

Contras:I reserved my car over a month in advance and was called the day before my arrival to Saint Louis airport. They stated they could not pick me up and I had to start a new reservation. The price increased dramatically (from $250 to $550) for the same time period. I called customer service and they could do nothing for me. I was forced to cancel my reservation with them and decided to go to their competitor which was Hertz. I paid $30 less but had somewhat better service.Avaliado em 20 mai. 2021
