Waited over an hour and a half to pick up my car. The office was not well air conditioned. Was standing in line the whole time. Quite tiring after a long fight. Also the bus shuttle from the airport took a long time to arrive. (Four Alamo buses had passed during my wait.)Avaliado em 19 ago. 2023

Pick-up of the car rental at Budget's Dulles Airport location was horrible. I arrived with about six customers in front of me and 3-4 agents behind the counter. I'm thinking I'll be done in ten minutes. Nope! 40 minutes later I finally got to the counter to check-in for my rental.Avaliado em 12 jul. 2023

Waiting time in the queue is too long and there is ZERO intention from AVIS/Budget staff to expedite it quickly, I spend 1 hour and there were just around 5 customers in front of me. It seems the incomplete counters staff enjoy seeing the suffering of the people on the waiting queue. PD: when I left the queue grow up to about 20 people and about to fill the small building area. The DC Branch of the Budget / Avis counter is a top notch crew. They got slammed with a steady stream of busloads coming in over 2023 Mother's Day Weekend and it overwhelmed the lobby but the team did a fantastic job managing the crowd and getting everyone into wheels and on their way. Rental car was not washed or cleaned inside. The Jeep had 2800 miles on the odometer and was still covered in dirt from previous renters. Jeep was awesome drive, but dirty.Avaliado em 2 mai. 2023
