Staff were wonderful. We did not like the Armada. Quickly assessed that we would never buy one.Avaliado em 3 ago. 2023

Budget was fine - exactly what I expected. The car I got in Bangor had a bit of a funky smell and there were some coffee/soda spilled drops on the center console. However, I do wish I had known that because I was going to use a debit card that there would be a large deposit run. I would have just used a credit card but I didn't know until it was time to sign and we were in a hurry.Avaliado em 11 jul. 2023

I rented a pickup truck. Was told the lot was packed with vehicles but no trucks , I said if that's the case maybe an upgrade, give me the best you can. I was told that would cost extra. I stated you have a lot full that aren't being rented and you won't give me any sort of deal, I was give a Chevy equinox, the cheapest suv they had, there was a completely full lot(loaded up for summer as I was told) trucks , SUV's , large sedans. And I was given a Chevy equinoxAvaliado em 16 mai. 2023

We found it was cheaper to rent a car in Bangor to drop off at logan than to park for 10 days, or take the bus.Avaliado em 18 mar. 2023

My Budget Camry rental was upgraded to a new Chrysler Pacifica, and the van was a comfortable hybrid with a smooth ride, easy-to-use controls, and excellent mileage. Both pick-up and drop-off at the Bangor airport were quick and easy. I was pleased with both the rental vehicle and the rental experience.Avaliado em 1 out. 2022

It was absolutely the best vehicle we have rented for the price in all the years that we’ve needed to rent a vehicle. A car ran well, it was very comfortable, and the folks at budget in Bangor, Maine, were absolutely stellar to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from a budget car rental.Avaliado em 29 ago. 2022

I was told at drop off to proceed to the counter, which was 15 people deep. Took 45 minutes of standing to get to a rep, who told me I didn’t have to go to the counter after all.Avaliado em 18 jun. 2022

Our first car had been smoked in. Ima little disappointed that I had to ask for an upgrade when there was nothing else available in my category.Avaliado em 28 mar. 2022

I had to return the first car because it reeked of cigarette smoke. Also I was not told of a $200 deposit, and now a day after return of the car have not received notification of return.Avaliado em 10 fev. 2022

The mini van was hybrid. Got the same mpg as an economy car with way more space and comfort. Pick up and drop off was seemless and staff was friendly.Avaliado em 21 nov. 2021
