Prós: The ladies that helped me were great. Friendly and professional.

Dirty Vehicle, never was cleaned before re-rented
Prós: Good customer service during check-in process
Contras: The car was filthy. Never was cleaned. Food wrappers inside, mud/dirt and dust.

Contras: Total disaster. Waited 45 minutes at the rental location ... stayed until after closing and no one showed up. Sign said they were either picking up another passenger or at the airport. No indication when or if they would return. Don't really fault the local manager ... apparently they do not have sufficient staff to run the operation. Put the onus on Enterprise.

Excellent customer service; ok car performance
Prós: Staff at both pickup and drop off locations were extremely nice.
Contras: Car electrical features did not work, and staff did make me aware, so no fault of theirs.

Great customer service and cars!
Prós: Kim from the Moab location was extremely helpful and accommodating. She picked me up from my Lodging a couple of miles away in about 15mins after I called her. She was very efficient with paperwork and vehicle checkout. Last but not least she shared several touristy tips with me based on her local expertise. I wish all my rental experiences were similar.
