The vehicle is clean but not well-maintained. The suspension was very stiff and felt like it did not exist. The door light alarm was always on, even I closed all the doors firmly several times. And I had to walk across the parking lot to find the car in the rain by myself.Avaliado em 19 fev. 2022

Exterior of car was not clean. I upgraded to a luxury car category and the employees working did not really understand well which cars belong in that category. Prós:Due to Covid, we had to cancel our trip, and this our reservation. Delta refunded all of our money back. Thrifty did not, and blamed it on Kayak.
