We were satisfied with the breakfasts. Also the location of the hotel was good to walk around both of the old and new city centers. There was no restaurant altough it was a 5 star hotel. The restaurant (hotel personal said it was a restaurant(!)) was only serving drinks in the evenings.Every time we get hungry we had to go out and tried to find a place to eat.
The staff were excellent-breakfasts were outstanding fruit/ choice of eggs cooked by chef etc.I liked being able to walk out to the turkish bazar and to the stone bridge . Kapan an really near for great evening meal just a couple of hundred yards. Hotel staff could not have been more helpful-even gave a takeaway brerakfast as we left early for flight on last day access from one side by taxi through market was rather shabby
Nothing..... The reception staff would need a charm course, the air condition in our room where basically not working +30 in the room, the swimming pool out of order, the temporally breakfast room was horrible as well all the food and the fancy remote control for illumination in the room was rubbish. Too expensive for a crap hotel.
At the heart of the historical center of Skopje. The variety of the open buffet breakfast is good. The staff are helpfull. The hotel entrance is not suitable for handicaped people.
Good location, helpful & profesional staff. quality hotel with high standard accomodation & good facilities.
room with view noisy air condition in room, not possible to sleep, thin walls between rooms
The frendly staff; The accsses, surrounding
Excellent stuff. Good value for money. No restaurant.
I booked the hotel because it has a swimming pool, it was not clear from the website that the pool was actually in the restaurant, with no loungers to use, only tables and chairs. In fact, it seemed the pool was only for decoration. With the exception of one, staff were generally unfriendly and unhelpful. The speaker blasting out music next to my room was also quite annoying. Price was exagerated for the quality of the hotel.
