Prós: The Hotel is without doubt 5 stars. The facilities are very good and the standard of the accomodation is excellent. I particularly liked the gym. The service sadly isn't 5 star. The staff are very good and work hard, but the standard of service is lacking. Little things were missed which is a shame.
Contras: Service was lacking. Flannels not replaced, no help with bags on arrival. Restaurant staff clearing your table whilst you were up getting your food!!!
Having to pay for Wi-Fi in the room.
Prós: The professional staff, location & ambiance.
Contras: There was nothing we did not like.
Contras: More in room information about the gym - difficult to find.
Prós: As someone who likes to hop around hotels I ended up staying here for a night. The adjacent hotel, that guest have access to, has a very nice pool area and the staff at both hotels are very accommodating.
Contras: As someone that jumped around a lot of hotels in St Julian's I can assure you this is not the one that you will get the most bang for your buck. It is old, the exterior and interior need to be redone and the pool area for the hotel is ok at best, having a tiny pool, smaller than typical ones in your backyard. If the price is similar stay at the Radisson or if you don't need a resort stay at the Argento.
Prós: Staff were very friendly and helpful
Contras: Hotel is very big and making your way to the lobby from your room can take a while.
Prós: Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos
Contras: O hotel é muito grande e andar do seu quarto até o lobby pode levar um tempo.

Esta é a única praia da zona, sendo por isso muito popular entre turistas e população local.
Prós: For the price I paid, our room was extremely large and well located. Europe is notorious for their small hotel rooms, but ours had two bedrooms (with two twin size beds in each), a small kitchenette, a small sitting/table area, and a balcony. We had a room with a view of Bay Street shopping and it was quite the view at night for people watching. One of the bedrooms had a floor to ceiling window that I loved as it brought in a lot of natural lighting. The bathrooms have the standard complementary toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc) as well as unique options such as a sanitary bag, shaving kits, shoe shine, and shower cap. I thought this was a nice touch because some of these things can be very useful. Reception can schedule tourist trips for you. We got in at 11 pm on a Friday, went down to reception at 8:20 am Saturday, and were able to purchase tickets to the blue lagoon with the shuttle picking us up from the hotel at 9:15! It was nice that although last minute, the hotel was able to fit us in.
Contras: The biggest downside to this hotel is the unreal amount they charge for wifi. It is 2017, most hotels offer free wifi, if not a discounted rate for a single device or something. We were also not informed about the wifi or the process upon check in, so when trying to connect it was quite the surprise. You can pay daily for one device with an additional charge per additional device connected to the wifi. The website did not explain this clearly, so upon check out the price I had to pay was shocking. Not to mention the TERRIBLE connection it provided. If you have data and would like your phone to run at a normal speed, be smart and don't waste money on the wifi. All around bad experience with the wifi. As we were waiting for our cab back to the airport, another group checking out was also shocked about the balance due for their internet usage and I heard reception explaining the process again. This could be avoided by informing customers upon check in or offering free wifi like most 21st century hotels. But I see both of those options being "bad for business" and not likely to happen.
Prós: Great place to stay, great location. Just minutes From St. George's Bay and right in the middle of a shopping center. Very modern hotel and friendly staff.
Contras: Possibly the worst hotel in St. Julians. Air conditioning did not work in room making it miserable during summer months. No working TV in hotel room and WiFi was only available in reception. But the worst part was the staff. They took about 20 minutes on average to do check ins. and require a written voucher upon checking in and a 50 Euro deposit for your room key. Also, they inform you must give your key to them upon leaving the hotel each time but since they take about 20 mins to check people in the line is almost always out the door. It's not even worth it to stay in line just to give them your key. You'd probably waste your whole vacation time doing so. Pay more money and stay at actual hotel that keep their air conditiongins working and take 5 mins to do check ins. This hotel really ruined my experience in Malta. Will never stay or recommend to anyone ever. I never leave reviews but I am going out of my way to make sure no one waste their time there again.
