Nothing The air condicioning does not work well!!!!300 Euros and the room doesn´t get cold!!!!
The woman at the breakfast was very nice. Do not stay at this hotel. The room was horrible. The shower curtain had black mold on it, the bathroom floor had a dirty film all over it, the one chair in the room was way to dirty and stained to sit on, and the carpet looked as though it had not been vaccumed in a good couple of years. We would have checked out but there were no other rooms open on Island and the fairy back to Split had left
Not so far and not so close to the city center no air conditioning and no TV
We decide not to stay at the hotel after seeing the room. The hotel is old fashioned and in need of updating. The rooms are small, dated with the bathrooms in particular need of modernistaion. Also the walk to town was steep and not very inviting
proximity to the sea and town, decent breakfast. The lobby was drab and smoke filled. The manger was rude. Although this is only a two-star hotel they still need air-conditioning.
View over the bay from the balcony, and spaciousness of the room. Quite hard to find!
Good staff, decent rooms, great location. Really affordable - ask for a fan if you are too hot. Just note you have to walk up stairs to get to and from the center of town easily. You can get there by car if you have issues walking.
localização perfeita, exelente vista, otimo bar, funcionarios atenciosos,
I enjoyed the quiet of the hotel. it was close enough to the square to walk but far enough away that it was quite. Did not particularly like the food at dinner. the breakfast was good.
The hotel is in an excellent location with a 2 min walk to swim & sunbake & a 10 minute walk along the coastline to the main city center. Bars, beaches & clubs are all within 10-15 minutes walk, which is handy. Free shuttle to and from the port & free internet & breakfast was a bonus. The price is pretty expensive considering it is an old hotel and there are many newer hotels on the island for the same price, but overall had a nice stay here.
The room was adequate and good value. The food was excellent. it's a shame there were so few people dining as it made the atmosphere a little empty. The beach chairs were very uncomfortable without cushions. I would have liked to pay more and have more comfort
The location was great, only a 15 min walk along the water to center. Bed was comfortable, staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend staying here when staying in hvar. N/A
It has charm tho old fashined
It was close to everything which was extremely handy. The night staff member was unhelpfull, the breakfast was not good
Very friendly people,nice rooms,clean house,good service,nice location
Very good service and support for our vist to Venice. A well-appointed and comfortable room with good breakfast supplied as an extra.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hotel Curin and actually extended our stay by a day. The rooms were clean and the shared kitchen came in handy. Someone picked us up from the bus station and gave us a lift to the apartment as well as took us to Stari Grad in order to catch a ferry. Apartment is very convenient to a market and a very fun bar called Hula Hula Hvar. I'd recommend this apartment to all.
The friendly owners made the stay very memorable. The bed linen could do with replacement.
The staff were extremely accommodating. We had a problem with the shower. It was immediately repaired, and we were given a chilled bottle of wine for our inconvenience It had no air conditioning, which is essential at the height of the season
View from the balcony was beautiful Not only was there no air conditioning, but we were on the top floor and it was stifling. The temperature was 40 degrees Celsius, with 90% humidity and the hotel staff was very rude when we complained and asked to be moved to another floor or to be provided with a fan
great position so central to everything in town bathroom was dated needed renovations
Restaurant facilities, beautiful location and sea view, No air-conditioning available.
We didn't actually do anything at the hotel, and went out straight after breakfast. No tea/coffee making facilities, no double glazing,no A/C therefore windows had to be left open and noise at night was too much.Twin room rather than double.
The location was super. Yes it was hot in Hvar in August but we didn't pay rates for air con so we didn't expect it. It was ridiculously noisy and given the no air-con situation we were forced to have our windows open and listen to drunk boys singing at 5am. no joke. If you would like to be out partying then this is a great hotel.
The cleaning lady was pretty Everything don't go there, don't make my mistake to it care about the reviews. Reviews do care
The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly The hotel did not have air condition and was located next to a huge disco that played loud music until very late.
Very nice people in reception and restaurant. Situated just at the habour with a balcony with a very nice view over the habour. I miss air condition
I recommend this hotel to everyone... the staff is lovely and very very helpful (we extended our stay 3(!!) times, we stayed for 2 whole weeks instead of 3 days), the harbourview is amazing (great balcony!) and the rooms are clean and very functional. Amazing price for the perfect location. Would stay again and again and again... :-) The breakfast could have been a little better, but I can't really complain on the hot croissants!
Excellent view over Hvar harbour with balcony. Location was great, right by harbour Pricey for the facilities, but location was good. Toilet cistern was leaking, noisely wasting water all night.
The pool area is nice and clean. The all inclusive drinks is good. The "Sunshine" Kids Club has activities for both kids and adults. No air conditioning, but no mosquitos when we were there, so it was nice to have the windows open. Good options for day trips. The food is terrible, breakfast is by far the worst breakfast I have ever had - and the same every single day. We ended up going into Stari Grad and eating at restaurants. Internet, bikes, and pretty much everything they say they offer, is only found at the hotel next door; which is a 5 minute walk away. About 99% of the clientele is German, so most of the talking at the Kids Club is in German only. They never changed the sheets or the towels in a week, even when it was obvious they were dirty and on the floor. No information was given on how to get the water taxi from ferry, ended up walking for an hour to get to the hotel. Stay, but don't get the all inclusive - eat out!
Liked the location and the reception staff were very helpful, and when we moved to a better room with a fan we had a very comfortable stay. They play very loud music around the pool in the morning to the point where we had to leave at 11am and go and lie down by the sea because we couldn't stand it anymore. It was just far too loud, like we were in a club. The selection of food was good but mostly the "hot" food was only luke warm, it could have been kept hotter. And there was no cold milk for cereal at breakfast time, only runny yoghurt.
Even though it claims to be an all inclusive hotel, you have to pay 5euros for the lounge chairs at the seaside concrete beach. Facilities and the quality of food are well below standard.
