Contras: "Flight was overbooked, which is always an annoying inconvenience. As a result, the flight was significantly delayed. When the plane landed the pilot immediately had to take off again which was really unusual and unsettling. But eventually we were able to properly land."

Contras: "Turkish airways is becoming delaying flights without any justification, that makes that every flight connection That I tried to make the laat two trips were lost , nobody tell you , unfortunately the poor client oriented services do not provide other alternatives, you as a passenger must be advising them how to solve your issues. Shame that they are loosing passengers based in their total lack of support"

Contras: "The food is a total zero. Food is presented to human being like begged on the street . Pasta with just tomatoes sauce ? No meat , chicken or fish absolutely empty . The chicken meal had like 2 spoons of riice thrown in . Food was very unappealing . For a flight of about 7hrs it could have been better. My flight from U S to Istanbul was perfect . Meals , service ,bathrooms all good . Please they need to improve on the African route or stay off the route ."

Prós: "I was treated much like a first-class customer flying in coach. Food and beverage service as quite good. Turkish Airlines certainly beats any of the US airlines' on-board coach service by a long shot."
Contras: "I didn't like having to check my laptop at the gate. I wished they would have told me advance, as I was planing a lot of work on plane, and could not."

Prós: "I loved the free tour of Istanbul that Turkish Airlines offers for thsoe who have long layovers there. The flight attendants were constantly walking through the aisles to hand out food, beverages, and other amenities. Very good movie selection. Turkish Airlines is my new favorite airline!"

Contras: "They changed flights after booked. Went from a 1 hour lay over to 18 hour lay over in Istanbul. We cancelled and booked different flight at much higher rate. Got all tangled up in hotel changes, really created a mess. Likely not use that airline in future."

Prós: "Your website was les expensive than other websites and I will strongly recommend to my family and friends to use Kayak.com ."
Contras: "I like it everything , from booking the flight your flexibility on the the flight schedule and airlines was great !!!"

Contras: "The chairs were really uncomfortable, I'm a young, healthy traveler, but my knees and back really hurt after this trip."

Contras: "Service was mediocre and poor at times. The staff did not communicate with the passengers. There was an hour delay in take off as we sat on the plane and no explanation. There was also some delay in landing which seems due to poor weather but not communication. They seem nice but could use better training."

Contras: "Disappointed that I couldn't choose my meal options - was given a menu that said you could pick between more than one meal. But every single time the food cart arrived (6 total among 4 flights), was told there was no options."

Contras: "Display panel for one of our seats was broken and after asking to have it reset, staff was not attentive to make sure issue was resolved before moving on. If you're going to be on a flight that long...you want to have your entertainment, and don't want to keep bothering someone to have it work. Also seats were cramped compared to other airline planes and staff seemed to not have an issue that there were some other people on the plane drinking bottles, getting drunk and loud."
