Contras: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...
Prós: The staff was great, helpful and polite. Seating was fantastic, exit row with our children together in front of us.
Contras: We already had printed out tickets but it took over an hour and twenty minutes to check out bag. Additionally the flights departure was delayed by 25 minutes.
Contras: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Prós: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Contras: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.

Contras: Endless waiting and lost luggage. Excuse was unpredicted weather conditions. It was snowing in Finland so they had to clear the Ice from the planes.. Snowing in Finland? How uncommon is that during December? I think most of this is poor ground handling In Helsinki.
Prós: Made up tons of time en route.
Contras: Usual 737 narrow-ish seat issues. Turbulence, but not a problem anyone could control.

Prós: The flight itself was smooth and the crew kept passengers well informed. Beyond that, not much to report it serviced as a mode of transportation but not an experience.
Contras: The seats were super cramped, hardly any leg room or elbow room which made it quite difficult to get comfortable for any length of time. The food was unpleasant. The flight attendants seemed very green.

Contras: Flight delayed 3 hours. Aisle Seat narrow and was hit a lot every time someone went bye so there was no napping for me however since it was a direct flight and only 3 hours I would take it again. I was glad when we landed.

If you asked for a second travel size bag of Pretzel, I had to wait until they completed the distribution for all travellers. Give me some. Real. Have we gotten that
Contras: Took a very long time to empty the plane via staircases. For a 747, I expected a jetway at Heathrow.
Contras: Premium economy amenities were outdated, specifically the seats. My tray table was unable to lie flat so food/drink kept sliding off. Quite unacceptable. I’ll fly American next time in premium economy, much better at the moment.
