Main meal selection ran out. Staff said there was nothing they could fo. 4. Our suitcase arrived really beat up. It looked like it was dragged along the tarmac. There were several large rips. To make it worse, this was the first trip we have used the suitcase."

Prós: "Liked nothing. Stewards were no help. Seating was extremely tight. I am disabled and use a small travel scooter. They removed the batteries even though they are not lithium or spillable. I called months in advance with all specifications and still they were clueless. We will never fly Swiss again. I am disabled and received no help. They removed the batteries of my scooter and we had to carry them on our lap. I had to tell them to put the batteries back in the scooter. They failed in every facet."

Maybe the working conditions have changed; they seemed harried and annoyed (in coach, at least). And I don't think they had to stand in line for an _hour_ to check in (thanks, LAX)."

Prós: "At Montreal I was made to go through the customs, exit the airport, get the boarding pass, go through security check again. I was subjected to unnecessary hassle as Air Canada did not issue me boarding pass for the section of Motreal to Zurich at Los Angeles airport. Had I known that I have to come out of the airport, I would not have bought this ticket. Hopefully same ordeal is not repeated while returning from Zurich to Los Angeles via Montreal on June 30, 2016. There was a long queque at Montreal to board the place as it was not organized in zone wise."

Prós: "I appreciate that Delta chooses customer safety over profit by not packing flights and continuing to social distance."

Contras: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

Contras: "My flight from Montreal to Atlanta was 2:30 min Left at 6:10 arrive at 8:30 roughly Tried twice to get to my connection earlier and get 9:30 instead of 12:09 fligth to Daytona Delta was not flexible to allow me to book saying i did not have 55 min in between fligth which i had than lear n it will cost $75.00 to change the fligth - What? Very disappointed of Delta - lost 3 hrs at the airport today"

Contras: "My husband booked West Jet by phone. They spelled my name wrong on the ticket which caused hours of delays tryng to check in...ultimately leading to our missing the flight. The time spent was around 6 hours....4 of them the were on one continuous phone call where we were bumped back and forth between West Jet and Delta. The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

Prós: "Flight was delayed by 2+ hours, Delta (running the flight for westjet) sent 1 email about the flight being delayed to 4:45 which was inconsistent with the gate signage and agent who said 3:45, flight ended up leaving at 5:45PM. No reasons were provided beyond the incoming flight from LGA hadn't come in. Why hadn't it come in? When could we expect to leave YUL? No answers."

Prós: "Delta automatically rebooked our flight due to delays. We were rebooked on Air Canada"

Contras: "I didn't like that I had to take a bus to my terminal. I didn't like the fact that my gate was changed more than five times. I didn't like that my flight time was changed more than 15 times with no reason why until boarding time. I didn't like the fact that I did not get a seat assignment until boarding the plane. I didn't like the fact that they couldn't manage to scramble another plane and crew, but instead forced us to wait over four hours for one that was stuck somewhere else in the country."

Contras: "Multiple delays, from 8:15 to 8:49 to 9:05 to 9:39 to 10:12 to 10:19 to 10:25. I am not joking. Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."

Prós: "Got to Richmond on time."
Contras: "Had the same problems with loading. Loaded from the front, not enough room for carry on, slow us down causing us to take off late. Made up for lost time though."

Contras: "lack of carry on luggage space. very tight. gate agents did not care about the customers. I had to stick my bag under the seat and only half would fit so my feet did not fit with my bag. it was a back pack. I do not prefer checking luggage since I've had so many bad experiences."

Contras: "This flight was bad from the beginning. We tried to check in and immediately received an error msg stating there was a mis connection due to a delay on the cancun to atl flight. This made no sense bc the cancun to atl flight left on time. We landed 6 minutes late but had already been rebooked to a later flight to LGA. I'm also disappointed delta even allowed us to book on the original flight because there was no way we could have made that connection!! We arrived at our terminal 20 mins prior to boarding for the rebooked flight. It took us approx 2 hrs to get through customs and security in Atlanta."

We waited for several hours at the airport before being informed by an airport staff. We missed one day of work and lot of inconvenience with transportation and accommodation in Bengaluru."

Contras: "It is always about baggage. Bags with priority tags should atleast be sent on a "priority". With LH this never is the case. Priority tagged bags are sometimes the last ones to come on the belt."

Prós: "Seats and table are small, very cramped quarters,I’m 6ft 1 &. 210 & it was very tight, can’t really stretch your legs out or get comfortable enough to sleep, the crew was very good, always spot on when needed & constantly offering drinks & warm towels."
Contras: "I really didn’t like our party being separated when we bought our tickets all together, my niece was uncomfortable being away from us on a long flight, this part of the booking process is very frustrating as your seat can be sold to someone willing to pay for it & you get moved unknowingly & when you go to board your seats have been changed."

Noticed same dramatic difference in passenger treatment between SFO and Frankfurt legs of the flight. They treat the mostly Indian customers differently. I go to India every year. It was same last year. My suitcase broken in transit. Reported. No call back after several days. I’m US citizen of German ancestry. I feel badly about lack of service for India bound passengers."

Contras: "uncomfortable seat, off set from the seat in front of me so my entertainment screen was at an odd angle to watch. Food was ok but they had a sauce on the chicken that was not very appetizing. It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

Contras: "The passenger behaind, was a tall guy. All the 7 hours flight i had to fight him to allow me puting my back sest dowm on his hearting legs. Why didnt hay extra and seat where it fits his size?"

Contras: "I was sitting at the tale end. Seat was extremely uncomfortable. I was trying to rest yet flight attendants and several passengers were talking loud. Crews kept forgetting passengers orders/requests. A lady sitting besides me pushed a call bottom 3 times to get noticed. Flight attendants were too busy chatting with passengers to help other passengers. I have never seen that type of services before."

Prós: "Premium economy gives you extra confort, more space to sleep better."

Contras: "The crew we had was very impatient and irritated quickly. The flighy attendent name was Jorge. Starting at the beggining of the flight before we took of I asked him about the head phones. One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."

Prós: "Flight was ok"
Contras: "We had one hour delay, on a 1:30h flight, totally unacceptable"

Contras: "Missed connection along with about 25 others due to the delay getting to Lisbon (no reasons given)."

Contras: "Allow business passenger to use front bathroom."

Prós: "Absence of food"

Prós: "The crew from Kili to DarEsSalam was tired. A fresh crew worked from DarEsSalam to AMS and they were great."
Contras: "The boarding process was chaotic. The passengers in the first boarding group had to fight through the crowd because there were no boarding lanes."

Contras: "Nothing. Flight was amazing"

Contras: "Food can be better"

Contras: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Prós: "Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A."
Contras: "The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate.."

Contras: "Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!"

Prós: "Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink."

Prós: "Seats super comfy. Ended up with 3 seats to myself that formed a bed for the lap Uk to NZ. Very nice!"

Prós: "Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us."

Prós: "Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements."
Contras: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Contras: "Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport."

Prós: "Crew was great and professional."
Contras: "Entertainment controls were outdated and confusing to operate. There were no charging ports."

Contras: "Really was unsure of why I had to purchase a ticket as I was able to pick my own on the way to Billund"

Contras: "The website I booked on and the Delta phone line on the printed ticket said that I had baggage when it turns out that I did not according to the check in staff and they made me pay."

Contras: "Long haul flight made pleasant by KLM"

Prós: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"
Contras: "No downsides at all"

Contras: "The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port"

Prós: "The crew!!"

Contras: "lost baggage"

Prós: "Last year I flew Lufthansa which was my worst experience flying ever. I thought the new standard was so low I would never fly to Europe again. I had heard KLM was good but I felt this was as good as could be expected actually much better. The food was even good."
Contras: "I would have to dream something up."

Prós: "MCR airport Mert & Greet parking was smooth and efficient."
Contras: "Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’"

Prós: "Was happy to pay extra 45.5 pounds for laugages which was hidden"
Contras: "Not happy to pay extra money for my case"

Prós: "Flight crew very nice"
Contras: "Paid $70 for seat with more leg room and was the exit role to main entrance. No overhead space for carry on: broken food tray holder. People stepping on my feet. And gather in your space waiting for bathrooms. Window seat had no room for feet because of closed door"

Contras: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Contras: "The movie selection did not seem extremely varied."

Prós: "The attendants took great care of us. Super smooth flight."

Contras: "Our total flight time was about 17 hours - MAD- AMS-LAX. My husband and I both have an internationally approved carry on luggages with us. When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Prós: "I enjoyed the attention to detail and comfort. Helped to make the flight easier to handle."

Prós: "Very friendly crew going out of way to assist in making trip comfortable"
Contras: "Had travelled KLM to Amsterdam on my first flight 27 years ago and the aircrafts are stuck in that age! Lousy seats, poor quality bathrooms, lousy screens, prefer not to fly them"

Contras: "Nenhuma atenção aos intolerantes à lactose. Muito má política. 4 voos 4 refeições com queijo... Até a SwissAir oferece alternativa..."

Contras: "Não estão atentos à intolerância à lactose... muito mau neste ponto."

Contras: "Elbow room is a little bit awkward and I didn't get to sit next to my fiance WE will still definitely recommend KLM though!"

Contras: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

Contras: "Seat recline was broken- wouldn’t hold position."

Prós: "1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles."
Contras: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

Prós: "Fast and efficient boarding and friendly and efficient staff. Landed 15min ahead of schedule."

Prós: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Contras: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."

Prós: "Flight arrived safely."
Contras: "Air France offered no help rebooking missed connection at JFK due to delay of more than 2 hours in arrival."

Prós: "It was as expected."
Contras: "Boarding was a bit tedious because we had to first board a bus to take us to the airplane."
