Peaceful and quiet, nice gounds, friendly people, there if you need them, excellent breakfast service.
Big premisses. Very hospitable and accommodating host! We were alone (other apartments were not taken) and enjoyed the whole place to ourselves. There is barbeque facilities and the swimming pool is also very nice and not as small as it seems on the picture. It is remote place in the middle of nowhere - that was perfect for us!
wonderful host, Alfredo.
Lovely, quiet location. Only takes cash.
peace and tranquility. Alfredo, the owner, speaks good english and is helpful and friendly.well worth a visit.
Owner/manager friendly, rooms self-contained but these facilities could be improved. Large and spacious. No heating/cooling or TV. Parking limited on the side of the narrow road and eroded.
Everything!! We were able to cook our own meals in the particular unit that we chose. We were on the second floor, there was a wonderful terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. Alfredo, the owner, was wonderful, and very helpful. We wanted to stay in that particular area and relax, and that's just what we were able to do. There was a nice pool that I was able to swim in, and I love to swim. Window screens would help, but we learned that is not the norm in the area. We adjusted by keeping the lights out in the evening if we had the windows open. It worked fine, the nights were cool, and we sat outside on the terrace most of the time when we were there - the view of the surrounding hills and farms was so relaxing -- wonderful!!
This is a delightful place, in quiet, beautiful surroundings, with a warm welcome and hospitability from the staff/owner. The small pool was perfect for the kids and for relaxing after the heat of an Abruzzo summer day. For northeners, Italian breakfasts are on the sweet and unsubstantial side, but everything is forgiven when you get newly home-baked fruit pies. We plan to come back. No, we loved it. Accept the givens - no AC or other luxuries - bring your own mosquito netting if one or two mosquitos in the room are enough to disturb your night sleep and remember ear plugs if you don't want to hear the area dogs' nighttime exchanges.
Great peaceful location. We were the only guests in this large farmhouse, so it felt quite private. We occupied the top floor with a terrace and had fantastic views over the valley. Interior is a bit outdated, but it is part of the house's charm I reckon.
The hotel was comfortable and in a good location. Lack of understanding of English language and lack of teamaking facility, no english tea or milk provided.
Firstly, we received a really good deal on our room, approximately half price the normal rate. Secondly, it is only a 15min drive from Pescara airport and less than a 2 min walk to the heart of shopping and less than 5 min to the beach. It was very clean and the Cafe Plaza was also very nice and tasteful with an air conditioned outside extension. Although we arrived just after 2pm check-in time, our room was not ready. We had a drink in the Cafe, however I think it would have been nice to offer the drinks as complimentary. We also did not get our wake-up call at 4.15am, and the lift was not working when we were trying to leave thus causing a rush to the airport. It was not clearly indicated (in english at least) if there were stairs to take down which we were willing to do even though we were on the 5th floor, so we had to go back to the room to phone reception. They then told us there was a technical fault and we had to use the service elevator.
I most enjoyed the very central location of the hotel. The breakfast served by the hotel was especially good. The elevator had broken down and was under repair. This meant climbing stairs with luggage in tow.
Really good breakfast (both italian and international), great location (not far from a free beach and from several good shops), welcome biscuits and cleanliness of the room The park was full!!! (Not surprising as there are about 7 parks available for the whole hotel) even if it was included in the price. One receptionist was completely unhelpful and told me: "Sorry but you chose the bad day". Never heard that before, neither in a two stars hotel! More likely the hotel was bad! Room very small for a four stars hotel
The room was beautiful: large, well designed, and with a great view over the square. The hotel was well-signed and easy to find. Breakfast was also very good.
The way the staff addressed any of my questions and help me.
Very private hotel, spotlessly clean, staff there if you needed them day or night.Close to airport, railway station, bus station & beach. Would have liked the main restaurant to be open.
Better qualety of food and juice
The accomodation, and staff were exelent
the staff we polite and helpful 24 hours you need Wi FI for users who cannot use ethernet
For those who like to be treated nicely and in a ultra personalized way, there is no better! It was a pleasant surprise to find in Pescara a hotel that had ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL TREATMENT by ALL STAFF, whose efficiency and friendliness are indeed odd! Outstanding! We appreciate it very much! In what concerns to treatment, this hotel is a model to follow, even for many five star hotels all over the world, including great chains. Congratulations to all staff!
Gostei da decoraçao e funcionalidade
Localização Cama desconfortável
Clima familiar. Atendimento gentil e eficiente.
Helpful pleasant service from the staff. rooms were a bit small for my liking.
Helpful staff. Fabulous location for the beach. Difficult to find using buses. Even bus driver didn't know where we should get off.
The staff was really nice people - everyone was very serviceminded and very friendly to us. Thanks a lot to them all. We had a room with balkony, and the beach bar across the street had parties Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening/night during our stay - and it was too much noice for sleeping, until they closed.
Beach facilities Hotel information on their web, site would not conform to U.K trade descriptions.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location right next to the beach.
The location was excellent for the beach and nice restaurants. The reception and downstairs areas were impressive, and reception staff very good. The room that we were allocated was nothing like the lovely one on the website and did not reflect the amount of money it cost.
Excellent stay friendly helpful staff excellent position.
The hotel is compact and right on the seafront. Its prices are very reasonable and while its rooms are not huge and the breakfast not lavish it looks good, is kept impeccably clean and has staff that are both friendly and helpful. No.
The best location in Pescara with sea view and the hotel staff is very friendly.
very nice people working there. We switched rooms and got a better room. Better breakfast, more to choose in.
Cenrally located, easy to find, able to park outside, spacious, clean well decorated room and a reasonable breakfast.
the comfort, the decor, the central location makes this hotel ideal for when i go to pescara I have been to this hotel for e few years now, it has gone through a major refurb during this time, but so have the prices.
Very good location - 3 min from bus and central train station, but in quite area and 5 min in walking distance from sea. Very helpfull stuff - we left hotel before breakfast time ( at 6.00 a.m.) but still have a breakfast and very tasty cappuccino. We spent very nice 3 days in Pescara. And you should see the interior of this hotel!!!
The hotel is absolutely lovely, the rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the breakfast excellent and the staff extremely kind and helpful.
The staff made an effort to speak in English and check in/check out was available 24 hours a day The doors are locked during the night and you have to ring a bell to gain access, I was unaware of this when going out and as such had to wait 15 minutes on the doorstep in the rain, ringing the bell, hoping for somebody to open the door.
Location Smell of drains in the bathroom
Close to the station and the centre of town
Quiet location just off main pedestrian area, & perhaps 10 mins walk from seafront. Very convenient to Pescara train station and for bus to & from airport. Parking was unavailable in vicinity but cheapily available at station. Breakfast was provided for early departure.
The atmosphere. Very relaxing and quiet.
nice location some of the staff not very helpful, food menu was not all availble what was availble was not very good,in fact the lasgne was disgusting get better in Iceland
the location, facilities, staff and the atmosphere around the hotel no
Friendliness of staff. Beautiful view from the (spacious) room balcony. Only 1 towels set in a room for 2 (extra set had to be asked for). Very basic room setting. Hairdrier could not be switched in bathroom. A huge dog was walking around the restaurant tables at dinner. Very poor breakfast buffet.
Excellent quality of our double room. The resteraunt layout and the quality of the food. The highly efficient staff, even when our inability to speak even simple Italian, was taken into consideration. Nothing in terms of our usage - but if one was inferm then the large number of steps could be an issue. To be fair this was stated in the hotel's info prior to booking.
Great pool and friendly staff. Good English spoken
