The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was OK, but not great. The variety of fruit was poor during breakfast, and the snacks were not overly healthy. And I'm not quite sure why it was so difficult to get a reservation at the Italian restaurant.
The beach and snorkeling off the beach. The food - we both had mild food poisoning during our stay. Not a great selection, and quite repetitive.
I like the meal times. The fact that meals are available throughout the day. The pool bar was nice. The room itself was nice and the beds were comfortable. Made for a good nites sleep. My room key was deactivated on my second day. I had to go back to the receptionist to rekey it. There were no washcloths in my room upon arriving. Had to wait an hour to receive some.
The hotel staff were very friendly, always willing to help. Very clean, large rooms with a lovely balcony and a great view of the pool. Lots of choice of food some of which was cooked fresh in front of you. Would recommend staying in the new 'deluxe' side of the hotel which is where we stayed, as the swimming pools were great and the accommodation was lovely.
The resort is excellent! We stayed in the new side, beautiful pool and rooms. Our room was a Deluxe Family with a separate living room. Also great diving there as the other side of the resort is right by the red sea. Great place to relax. It's also a 5m walk to the Soho square. Many places to eat, considering is an All Inclusive, however the food is only ok, not that great dining experience. We found that many hotel staff didn't speak the bare minimum English.

Very good hotel . Location is excellent few steps to the beach & 10 Minutes walking to naama center where evrything is there espcialy nightlife,Coffees,Resturants . Hotel staff are very friendly and obliging the bed was Comfortable and clean . hotel food is not that good but its ok as long as you are in naama bay where you can find a lot of place to eat . we enjoyed our stay & if I will go back I will stay at Hilton Fayrouz Nothing
It was great ! We are so amazing time during stay in the hotel. Also the location is very close to the beautiful beach which so fantastic!!! Which was 2 problems, 1st is for the internet in the room. No internet connection eventhough connect to PC. Also staff come to room to change the cable but no signal. Please maintain the infrastracture! 2nd is the greeting! May be it is relayted with the culture ? Nobody smile and greetings ! Very surprised !

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The selection of facilities was very good as an example you had a choice of beach, sea water pool or fresh water pool. In addition the "Dive Centre" was well run and the staff very knowledgeable.
My family enjoyed especially the animation program that held every evening,The funcilar made our life easier and accessible. The hotel furniture is worn out I think they need to do rennovations for the rooms, beds, chairs......

We liked the pool and the view, the breakfast was ok but not great. The telefrike was conveniant but did not work the all the time. The hotel staff was terrible, they obviously did not like to serve Egyptians there and were rudely asking for additional tips any chance they got. Whatever enjoyment we had at the hotel was ruined by the Staff's incompetance and non professional manners. They also looked down upon Egyptian lady guests which should not be tolerated at a Hilton Hotel.
The hotel was really nice and the pools were beautiful. There isn't much beach access. The hotel picture makes it look like there is ample beach space but in actuality there isn't much beach. The majority of guests are Ukrainian so the hotel seems to cater to them. Which meant blasting annoying pop music by the pool at 10am. My room wasn't even in that vicinity but I could hear the music.

It is avery good hotel for for a family it fit all ages . The food is not bad but it is not so good .
The staff was very friendly trying their best to please their Guests in well behaved manner. This indicates that they well trained to do so and also it is the culture of the in house to achieve customer satisfaction. Trivial incident, we attended an evening event (Bedouin Night) which was not at Renaissance standard (This excludes the folkloric Tanoura the actor was so good and also the food).
Breakfast, location, facilities, organised, cleaniness, flexibility of front desk: on day 1 were not able to give us the room we booked but after the first night booked us into a familiy suit, bigger what we booked Limo service poor, hagging by spa staff on the beach, Aqua Bar has some constant noise from underneath the pesestrian bridge (pumps?), disco at nearby lighthouse noisy (not every night though), food tend to be overpirced and boring at hotel restaurants
Lovely location and grounds, spacious rooms, with good onsite options of recreation - snorkelling, diving and parasailing, decent choice of restaurants can be more professional on offsite tour arrangements - such as glass boat rides on naama bay (our driver was late by 30 minutes to pick us), and Mt Sinai climb at night (the guide turned up without any lights!). The shuttles to Naama bay needs to be hourly and complimentary.

Underwater beauty, position, facilities. It took 45 minutes to check-in for two families at 2 AM, where nobody other than us, with 3 front desk members available. Yet another 30 minutes for the additional bed arrangement.

I want to say that when we arrived to hotel there was only 1 room for us instead 2 reserved rooms. And i had no notification about it before!
We enjoyed the swimming pools and beach area and loved the garden setting and look of the resort. The family suite was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and generally very helpful. As a family with two children including a baby we found it difficult negotiating the steps every day with a pram especially at night - as the resort caters to families we would have expected ramps to access all areas not just some areas. The family suite contained a lovely kitchen but was totally empty of plates, cutlery etc which seemed a bit strange.
The price was great for a short stay. The hotel has a nice location on the water. You can rent snorkel gear, get in the water at the hotel, and see amazing Red Sea aqua life.
Location I did not like the value for the money I paid. It was supposed to be a delux sea view room. There was nothing delux about it; and the sea view ... yes, I got a picaboo sea view, certainly not worth almost $200 per night. I also did not like that, when I was checking out, the receptionist tried to shortchange me for LE 100.

No restaurante libanes deram-me um guardanapo de pano com um buraco. Dois dias cheguei ao quarto às 16 h e não tinha sido limpo. Na praia só se consegue espreguiçadeira e sombra se formos às 7 da manhã marcar o lugar porque são pouquisssimas. O cinto do roupão que estava no quarto estava a desfazer-se. A cerveja é servida por vezes quase morna. Alguns empregados, além de desleixados são arrogantes. As espreguiçadeiras da praia estão em muitos casos partidas.
Excellent location and large rooms. Top floors rooms have magnificent views. Excellent beach facility. The hotel caters to large groups and does not look after as it should individual travelers like my wife and me. The breakfast buffet is a disaster - little fruit and slow service to replenish items. There is no restaurant serving food a la carte in the evening.

The only thing Iliked was the perfect location,beautiful beach & wonderful activities on the beach for all ages by animation team. The room was nice clean but the toilet is very small hardly can turn inside, I bang the door several times.Some of the staff has no manners & need to have courses in customer relation skilles. Also the food was very poor fue itemes from ala card can be eaten.

Tudo foi óptimo. O mar é fantástico, os espaços verdes e a facilidade com que nos podemos abstrair de todas as actividades mais barulhentas se for esse o nosso desejo. Notou-se falta de simpatia (tacto) em alguns funcionários dos bares. Mas particularmente, no nosso caso, a falta de abertura, receptividade e uma certa agressividade inadmissível de um funcionário da recepção em compreender uma situação que lhe estava a ser exposta.
Melhorar o atendimento ao Cliente; A praia do hotel está bem cuidada, embora não tenha areal e seja má para quem pretenda nadar (é necessário atravessar uma ponte flutuante para poder nadar, porque toda a restante costa é repleta de corais).
Poucas foram as coisas que gostei neste hotel. Nunca nem em qualquer momento me senti num sheraton. Vou fazer uma reclamação para a starwood hoteis porque achei uma vergonha. Os empregados mais bem selecionados, maior cuidado no atendimento ao cliente.

the worest food i ever had mainly catered for russians, even the beverages are so local they put classic cola instead of coca cola wich taste is so bad, you will find nothing to eat or drink and take care of the houskeeping because they could open the door easily while you are sleeping
From the moment we arrived, my friend and I were treated wonderfully. Stepping from our taxi (it only takes approx 15 minutes to/from airport to reach hotel), our suitcases were taken from us and we were led to reception. Booking in went very smoothly, especially with the help of Mohammed (Ali) and his excellent customer service skills. We were made to feel very welcome and that nothing would be too much trouble (also look out for Wagdy on reception, he too is really very helpful indeed!!). Once registration was complete we were taken to our room by the porter, who also transported our luggage for us, a nice touch I thought. The room: Whilst it could be said that it was a little tired, our room was large and very clean. It came equipped with a safe (free of charge), mini fridge (empty), tv and a hairdryer in the bathroom (don't bother taking your own, the hotel's are perfectly adequate) and all rooms have either a balcony or veranda. Towels were changed daily and if we so desired, our bed linen too, otherwise its done every three days. We found our room facilities perfectly acceptable for the amount of time we were in there. Swimming Pools: There are two main pools (one heated throughout winter) and the aqua park. Although we didn't use the aqua park, others did and had a great time on the slides. There's plenty of sunloungers and towel hire cards are given to you on arrival. You exchange the cards for towels and you can change your towels as many times as you like throughout the day. We didn't use the beach facilities, but we did take a walk down there on a couple of occasions. There is a shuttle service, but its only a ten minute walk at most, even for the slowest of walkers amongst you. The beach is shingle but sunloungers are provided. There is also a bar there for the use of guests staying all-inclusive at the Park Inn and it serves drinks and snacks. At this time of year all meals are served in the main dining room. N/A
