Boa localização. Boa piscina

location, pool, spa It's very expensive for what it is, but it's partly because of weak dollar
Location was good, front office dpt as well. Hotel standards used to be better in the past. Cleaning of the rooms is not enough. A hotel that says to be a 5 star should keep the same standards all over the year even if located in a summer resort. Also the size of the standard room bathrooms is extremely small. As they can not make bigger the bathrooms (because the room space is already limited) they should relace bathtubes with modern shower cabins. For sure this hotel has 5 star touches but its not overall.
The location was perfect. The areas were very modern and comfortable.
The staff couldn't be more helpful or pleasant. The pool area was lovely. Our evening meal at the restaurant was disappointing - my salmon was very over cooked and therefore tough, my husband received the wrong meal entirely - surprising as we were two of only six in the restaurant. The TV and radio channels on offer were very poor for English speakers.
Next to the ancient castle and behind there was a ancient ruins which was so impressive.. Interior design of Hotel was so cozy and stunning..
The location close to the centre of Rhodes town was excellent. The facilities at the hotel were good with a pool set in nice landscaping and pool side bar and bistro. We were alocated room 319 and noticed that we had an internal connecting door to the adjoining room. While we would normally avoid such a siuation we felt that given the hotels luxury rating that the sound reduction between the two rooms would be OK. Unfortunately over the course of the week we found this not to be the case with simple conversations next door being clearly audible from the adjoining room.
Very clean, smart modern hotel with helpful staff. Our (standard) room was pleasant and well appointed with a kettle & tea & coffee (although we had to request refills each time). The breakfasts were excellent with an extensive buffet & other items on request. The location was excellent, just outside the walls of the old town & convenient for lots of restaurants. We were sorry that the swimming pool was really too cold for comfort (in the 2nd week of October). It was a beautiful pool and it would have been worth heating it for the shoulder months. We didn't try eating at the hotel & indeed didn't see any other guests trying it either. Judging from the room service menu, it appeared very expensive. It would have been worth the management offering some incentive to make use of the large dining room.
The location was perfect to visit the old city of Rhodes.
The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Nothing was any trouble. Ideally located for old town (charming) and new town (not so charming but with plenty of good restaurants and shops.
Fantastic location between old town and new town.Friendly helpful staff.Great outdoor pool. Poor inconsistent food quality. We only ate at breakfast but need more choice.Poor value.
very clean and modern hotel! everything was perfect and the staff were very helpful! lies near both the city, beach and restaurants! nothing actually!
Centrally located, nice clean rooms, Stergios the bartender
The position of the hotel is excellent the breakfast is superb. It is an overall great hotel deal including the low price we paid and very clean indeed. Also the staff was pretty helpful. It is a new hotel and small problems occur. But nothing too important.
Facilities, Location, Rooms
The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to assist in everything. A fully trained staff ready to assist at any time with their profound professionalism. No need to mention the absolute cleanliness of the room and of the premises too. A place with a warm atmosphere that one can relax from the first moment they arrive in. Last but not least, although the hotel is situated in the town center of Rhodes during the night it is absolutely quite and away from any kind of noise.
extremely good value
We have particulaarly enjoyed staying at family-run, boutique hotels. The Atlantis City Hotel was not exception. Staff were efficient and very helpful. The contemporary decor had clean lines and was particularly inviting. Breakfast was served in an airy, clean room. The hotel location was a perfect walking distance from all beaches as well as the old town and there were a number of inviting restaurants nearby.
It is quite new and in one of the few free parking streets of the city, close to the ancient city. Very noisy street at night. No locker for luggage.
Everything was ok, rooms are bit small and balcony is only for drying towels two people cant fit there. Staff is excellent and breakfast too. there is no terminal for credit cards so be careful lady on front desk took photocopy of my credit card and ask me for signature and ccv number on the copy. It is same like gave her keys from bank safe.
The friendly and helpful staff who provided very good customer service. Hotel rated as 5 star, but really is not. An appropriate description would be serviced apartments. Also bed was not a double but twin beds.
The downstairs public space is modern and bright, the pool is large, the staff are helpful. Suites useful if you have small children or a group of students as they consist of a double bedroom, kitchen area (no kettle), and a sitting roon with 2 sofas that convert into beds (a bit like caravan beds). We were expecting a 5* hotel, this is not. I would say it was a 3* in the public spaces and a 2* in the rooms. We thought we were getting a Deluxe 2 bed apartment, it was not Deluxe. The beds are hard, the cheap metal furniture is uncomfortable and the repainted baths look grubby. They had turned off the aircon so we found it hot at night and were unable to sleep with the windows open as the traffic noise from the street was really loud. Had we not been expecting 5* we would not have been so disappointed with the hotel. The paper notices and menus stuck on the walls of the lift should have given us a clue as we went up to our room and the grubby hall carpet should have been another give away that we were not ascending into the lap of luxury
Os funcionários do Hotel são cordiais e gentis, algo que não é comum nos diversos hoteis que estive nesta ilha (Rhodes - Grecia). A piscina é grande e limpa. O Hotel é aconchegante e confortável, sem ostentação ou luxo em demasia.
Adorei tudo. O único problema foi o AC foi fraco.
the staff exellent!! the lift.
I liked the friendly staff who all tried hard to help my family during our holiday in Greece.
the staff's friendliness an dthe fact that the hotel is really centrally located sometimes traffic noise can get a bit overwheliming, but that's hard to avoid in the middle of Rhodes
Location: walking distance to bus station, old town, acropolis, shopping, restaurants, sights. All hotel staff, exceptionally friendly and accomodating.
Location The room was dirty - we actually saw fleas! The side table was broken, one of the lights did not work and the balcony door would not shut properly because the handle was broken. This hotel needs a complete refurbishment.
Very Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value with a satisfying breakfast, great location well sited for harbour and ferries.
Another very pleasant stay. All was in order. Thank you.
The location was great, near to both the beach and the old town, and although it was central I found it to be quite quiet at night. The staff were helpful and the room was always clean for when I came back from a day out. Great air con too ;)
Hotel is in a good location handy for both the new town and the historical areas of Rhodes Town. The hotel serves a good breakfast in a pleasant area with a patio. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and found it quite well maintained. However, since then, it appears to have become a bit rundown. We had a problem with the lock on our bedroom door, and found ourselves locked out of our room on one occasion, and locked in on another. We couldn't contact reception for help as the phone in the room didn't appear to be connected.
good value and the breakfast was better than most lower budget hotels- i loved the closeness to transport links-ferry and buses unfortunately ,my room balcony faced a half built block and also behind the garden, building was in progress but who spends their holiday in their room
The studio was ideally situated in a quiet but very convenient part of the Old Town. At the time, only 2 of the studios were occupied so interior noise was minimal. For 2 people, the layout was very suitable and cupboard space adequate. We didnt have any problems with the raised bed downstairs however less mobile occupants may find it a challenge
New small hotel with fatastic quiet location in the center of the tourist area of old Rhodes. Compact room with full comforts including kitchenett. No hotel facilities - no need! - everything is around the corner.
A very nice place, quiet but not far from animated streets, renovated with taste - just what I was expecting! A very good alternative to explore both Rhodes Old Town and New Town! A place to go back, for sure... ;-) Stergos welcomed us warmly and gave loads of tips and info - he is a friendly and smiling host! The space between wall and bed is a bit too small in studio nr 3!
The room was modern and had all the facilities that you would expect. The owner was very nice and helpful. The upstairs room in the studio was very hot and there was no air conditioning up there, however the bedroom downstairs was OK. Access to the hotel through the old town was a bit difficult with suitcases, but the owner offered to help. We recommend that you contact the hotel before arrival to arrange transportation for heavy suitcases.
the manager was very kind and freindly with us, the room was clean and nice, maybe just a bit too small, rhodes old town is fantastic!! roms a bit claustrofobic
Nice style, nice owner, location is in the old town. Near the clock tower, so the bell sounded every hour, which we found very exiting.
The combination of the Old (building in the Medieval Old town) and the New (minimal furniture) was in perfect balance.
It is stuated in a relatively quiet but central location - a good base from which to explore Rhodes Old Town
Facilities were very modern and clean. Excellent service and friendly place to stay. Well priced and value for money. eally close to the beach, shopiing, eating and bar/clubs
Fantastic location. Nice style, very nice and helpfull owner! Comfort. Why there is no kettle to boil water for tea in the kitchenett?..
Exelente localização, otimo breakfast, funcionarios atenciosos, limpeza impecavel
Servuço personalizado no café da manhã.Localização.
The relation price-quality of the hotel is quite good. The shower was minuscule. The breakfast room was unpleasant.
friendly staff, quiet place breakfast should have a bigger variaty
Best is its location close to the New & Old Town areas of Rhodes. Frienliness & helpfulness of staff was very good Very poor selection for the Buffet Breakfast - Coffee machine not working on one occassion. Noise from building work within the hotel.
The staff were excellent and the rooms well serviced. Hot showers. Linen and towels replaced frequently.
Good location near the beach, not far from port and old city. Friendly reception staff, pleasant atmosphere, nice neighbourhood. Rooms a little cramped, breakfasts unappetising (stale bread, bad coffee, bullet-hard eggs, seemingly flour in the yoghurt), inadequate cleaning staff.
Excellent staff, they helped me everytime, nice ambient, very relaxing place, bars, restaurant and beach are really close. Positive experience!
The hotel staff were very friendly. It offers reasonably priced accommodation. Though they wrote that I'd be able to use wireless internet, it turned out it does not work!
Hotel is basic, but generally clean and appropriate value for money. Rooms are clean with decent size balcony. Old town is approx 10min walk away. Pleasant and friendly staff. Pool area was clean and nice to have on a hot day. Bathroom small and shower tiny. Breakfast finished too early for a holiday destination (9.30am cut off). Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
best price,5 min from the old town,
One thing that I did not like about the hotel booking protocol. I booked hotel from 17 Sept. to 25 Sept. 2010. I did not get visa on time due to embassy procedure of visa verification. I got visa on 17 Sept. at afternoon. So I extended the air ticket booking on 18 Sept. Unfortunately, I flight was delayed about 8 hours from india. So I reached rodos on 19 Sept morning. But Hotel manager charged me from 17 to 25 Sept. So please tell me What is the fault of me. You should rebate at least one day as I got visa one day delay. I am student. I did not get funding for hotel accommodation. This money is gone from my pocket only. If possible do needful for me.
