Prós: Value for money, but front manager Mr Manohar response was too negative.
Contras: Mr Manohar has almost convinced us that we don't have reservation, no rooms available, the site which we have booked from has booked the room without hotel consent and the only thing we should do is to get out and try to get our money refund from the website we booked. Mr Manohar was too negative and too unprofessional in his approach and was behaving like we are mindless. Thanks to Getaroom customer care, they responded very fast and they only made me to wait in the hotel till official check in time.
Prós: Dirty bathroom and filthy shower curtain. Black hairs on clean sheets.
Contras: The restaurant was nice but we had a cheeky waiter who got angry because we wouldn't have a drink with him and phoned us up in the middle of the night.
Contras: First they made us move back and forth between their two properties. Then they exchanged our US with fake currency. When confronted, they refused to admit to it and gave us the runaround. They're very rude and disrespectful. Avoid this place like the plague.
Contras: On our way to the hotel, they called to say that the room was having electrical issues and they were moving us to another hotel property nearby. The hotel they moved us to was dirty - stained bed sheets, bad smell, etc. When we asked for a discount or to be moved to a room of equal or higher quality that we paid for we were met by resistance and distain by the hotel staff. Got a refund and headed to another hotel. Cannot recommend staying here.
Contras: First off, I'm not a picky traveler. This is the first time I've ever been compelled to leave a negative review in my life. Arranged for an airport pickup - driver never showed up. Hot water didn't work. None of the electrical sockets worked. Front desk staff do not understand English and are unhelpful - more interested in texting on their phones. The one woman staff member is nice and the waiters at the restaurant are kind.
