Sem duvida a localização. Fácil acesso. Bem na Bourbon Street. Fácil de entrar e sair. Local seguro, a curta distância de tudo no French Quarter. Não é necessário carro alugado. Eu não gosto de camas duras, era como dormir em tábuas de madeira. O termostato não funcionou direito, o quarto ficou entre 15 e 20 graus, o que foi melhor do que ter o aquecedor não desligado.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Made us feel special. The rooms were nice and the new beds were the most comfortable I have experience in any hotel. The only complaint is they need to put more outlets in the room. I would stay at the Hotel Marriott again.

Room was nice and comfortable, looked to be recently remodeled. Nothing is included. I had to pay extra to park, extra for the wifi and extra for the breakfast. If I had known this I definitely would have not stayed here. Staff seemed very busy and did not have time to answer any questions that you might have.

Really enjoyed the Historic aspect of the Hotel. Very opulent, and had wonderful informative signs regarding various history of the building. Staff is really good, polite, and helpful.

i stayed here with a group of 9 women. This hotel was in the very best location to walk everywhere that we wanted to go in the French Quarter. It was a really great price and i would definitely stay there again, group or individually. Having traveled to NOLA many times and stayed at many similar hotels, this was the easiest, cleanest, and best value by far.
Right by Bourbon St room was clean and nicely appointed great central courtyard with pool Location makes it noisy rooms on one side were noisy to a non-stop generator terrible pillows no room service uninformed staff (front desk not aware there was no room service, housekeeping not clear whether feather pillows existed... isn't this a basic requirement in most hotels? plastic mattress cover - I guess too many people enjoy the party atmosphere too much & they have mattress issues!
I can't even put into words just how amazing the staff were. Every single person I met was so friendly and accommodating. Even going as far as making me a make shift shower chair due to my ankle being broken and needing assistance. Every need was met and then some! The ONLY issue we had was the sensitivity of the room keys. We had to have them remagnetized every day sometimes numerous times in a day.
The room was giant The place was shabby, even the uniforms were cheap. The hotel bar closed at 12:30, the room service was from like 4-10 and was provided by a third party, in the morning I called for a sprit and it took FOREVER for it come. I paid 450 for that room. I should have been at the Four Seasons level.

- Location, location, location. Traveled with a friend and this was incredibly convenient to everything we wanted to do in NOLA. I'd absolutely bring bikes if you have the means, makes the city a lot more accessible and reduces transportation issues. - Pool - Staff was awesome, very accommodating even at the last minute - it's clear that they all like their jobs - Stored our bikes in the room downstairs so they didn't take up space in the smaller room and the doormen were always available to open it up for us. Before we found this out they kept our car in a gated lot close by to make sure our bikes were safe on the car. - Free drinks at bar are slightly misleading... Not a total scam but just make sure you want well liquor and add up the cost prior to making it a double with "premium" liquor. - Valet can be slow but they did give a heads up that it would take 40 minutes at some times. - Depending on where you are in the hotel you may have a way to walk down the halls to your room but this isn't really a big deal. - Truly not that bad - if I HAD to pick bad things this is what I remember but I would absolutely stay there again.

I loved the location of the hotel the staff was courteous and friendly. The in hotel restaurant had good food but was a bit pricey. Our room was clean, I am a picky person so it met my standards. I thought some areas could have had better house keeping. Large dust bunnies were all over the floor near the stairs. The main area that was traveled by the guests were kept cleaner. But most importantly I didn't like that they permitted a drunken homeless person to sleep outside of the hotel doors, not a good first impression for many guests.
Booked one night and paid in advance, after my stay they charged me over $200 and would not assist in helping me. Just seemed like I was dealing with a bunch of morons. Would choose another hotel with a smarter staff next time.
They did not have any hot water. For November day, this was not acceptable and all guests were angry. They were refunding money to guests but because I prepaid the hotel through Bookit site, they refused my money- back!
I had and excellent stay at the Holiday Inn French Quarter and I would highly recommend the hotel and will stay again.
2 queen beds provided for 4 people, beds were small but very comfortable. Pool is small but warm, great for kids. No mini-fridge in room. Tea and coffee in room not adequate. Parking is valet only at 38 dollars per day. Park at airport instead for 11 dollars a day. Hotel wants to pay for your tour in exchange for participating in a time-share scam. We declined.

When we arrived they indicated all rooms were full. They didn't let me use their phone, so I had to use my international mobile to phone booking.com which then sorted it out with the hotel so there suddenly was a room available.

Location is great, only 1 block from bourbon and 3-5 blocks to Jackson square, decatur street, etc. The hotel staff makes you feel secure, safe, and they are very nice. The hotel is clean and big. The value for the cost of the hotel is great! I'm nitpicking, but little things like the sink drain would not drain properly, and the in room TV has a very limited selection of channels to choose from.

Close to casino, Bourbon Street and restaurants. Air conditioner didn't work. We had to call several times for it to get fixed. After it improved it didn't last long. We had to call again. It never was fixed.
The hotel was in a great location and very walkable to various New Orleans attractions. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to change my room to a double queen and check-in early as well as do a late check out until 3 which I appreciated. The room was a nice size for two people. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like. There was hair left over from the previous occupant. The blanket was also dirty when I separated it from the sheet.
Great stay with a great staff. The hotel is located on the riverside which allows for easy access to the river walk, the auditorium, Harrah's Casino and Drago (which is in the hotel).
The location Everything has a huge fee associated with it, the valets were unfriendly and purposely gave us bad directions because we used self Park, our room felt like a motel six, the bed didn't have a comforter, when I called they acted unconcerned and sent up a thin scratchy blanket. The tv signal was terrible, the remote was from the 1990's, it literally took 4 seconds to change from one channel to the next. all of the appliances were unplugged. We were scheduled for 3 nights but we cancelled the last two and switched to a bnb in uptown. MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. The same price when you add up all the extras the Hilton tries to gouge you on.

beds were very comfortable! Great location! Clean room. pool was cold its a southern state would be better heated. The refridge hummed the whole time. We had to plug it in when we got to the room. Wifi should be free for all. Its 2016 after all. Some english speaking house keepers would be nice as to have communcation instead of a yes from the staff when they clearly dont understand. maybe offer engllish classes to staff that wants to learn.
They charged extra for wifi and the gym. I thought this was tacky when paying over $200 a night forms room.

It was very close to the French Quarter Festival activities. The rooms were nice and we loved having appetizers and drink at the bar after a busy day of activities.
Staff was great, especially Kelly at the Front Desk You're being nickled and dimed. Had to get a few pages printed, which were $3.56 each (double-sided) and it came to almost $200 for 50 pages. Wanted to go to the gym, which is an additional $12. The hotel is quite spread out. Going from my room in Building 3 to the gym was a 20 minute walk (and I walk fast). Not a big deal for me, since I considered it part of my cardio workout.

Próximo do Já procurei no site e ainda não encontrei nenhuma referência sobre uma taxa que me foi cobrada intitulada como mandatória que seria pelo uso de telefone e internet. Informei que não portava nenhum computador e que não havia, no primeiro momento, interesse no uso de computador. Mas, tendo em vista que a taxa era mandatória fui investigar a tal sala de internet e aí, encontrei apenas 1 computador para uso. Essa era a sala. Fiz um experimento estatístico para ver a relação preço/uso e fui a sala algumas vezes. Todas as vezes que fui estava ocupada (apesar de encontrar um aviso de tolerância do uso por 20 minutos) mas, um Hotel que hospeda a tamanha quantidade de hóspedes 1 computador é muito pouco. Sendo assim, a minha sugestão é que no site esse tipo de informação seja mais claro. Pagar não foi o problema pois sei que isso é uma prática no exterior mas, fiquei com um gosto de ter pago por algo que não usei apesar de estar a minha disposição mas, isso deveria estar na diária, ainda que embutido. Ok ?
Um hotel e apartamento limpo, comfortavel, silencioso, café continental excelente. Uma quadra da Burbon Street. Mesmo prédio do Ritz, com sala de internet (paga), jardins e restaurante com música ao vivo, dança (era sábado a noite), sem sair para a rua (Ritz). Estacionamento com Valet U$38,00, próximo coberto U$14,00, descoberto U$10,00, diária. Um excelente custo benefício. O site mostra menos do que realmente é.

Location was great and felt very safe. Room were the right size and they were lovely and moved us up to a top floor because it was my daughter's first trip to NOLA Pipes broke the last night and our room had wet carpet; they moved us once I reported it

I liked the room and where the hotel was located I paid too much and was constantly dealing with hassles like slow elevators, stupid rules, staff that lied about a room being available. We paid $310 for a room and $42 to park and couldn't get free Wifi, really? The Valets were rude and they basically forced me to use baggage handlers.
Nice and clean. Close to the main attraction. Noise when trying to sleep. Air vents would slam down making a loud noise and jolted me awake all night. Out of items more than once when ordering room service. Cold pool with no hot tub.
The bell hops were nice and that's about all I can say nice about the place. When we got there they couldn't find our reservation. They put us in a tiny room. (We paid extra for a corner executive king.) After 4 hours the room was still at 80 degrees. We were moved to a corner executive king (what we should had have from the beginning.) We called down to the front desk for a bottle opener waited 2 hours they never brought it up. The pool was dirty and disgusting. They claim its a 4 star hotel but we will never stay here again. We should have gone to the double tree.
The location is very convenient -- on Canal right between the French Quarter and the CBD. The rooms and facilities are very comfortable and well appointed. There was nothing lacking. What really separates this hotel, though, is the staff. From the front desk people, to the people on the door, to housekeeping, to the valets, everyone was amazingly friendly and helpful. A very positive attitude permeates this hotel. I certainly would stay again. The only negative aspects were that the hotel's front (on Canal) is undergoing a major renovation which makes it hard to find the hotel from Canal and, sort of related to this, the actual front desk/check in area is not on Canal at all. It's on Common. I understand the hotel wanting a Canal address, but it does make it confusing to find the check-in area.
Staff is friendly and attentive. ELEVATORS are a disaster. I've stayed here twice in the last 6 months and the elevators don't work. Check out time is a DISASTER....20-30 minute waits for elevator. No turn down service the first night.

The room and common areas were fantastic. I mean fantastic. What a way to celebrate birthdays and off to college. Even more spectacular was the staff -- especially the front desk personnel. Without a doubt -- TOP NOTCH. Making the personal connection Not a thing. And I mean not a thing. While the room may have needed a little TLC (guests can be very hard on a room), my goodness. This stay will be a permanent family memory. THANK YOU! We will enthusiastically recommend this property.

Got charged for things that previous tenants had removed from mini bar
The room was very big. Large bathroom, seating area, and desk area. For a 4.5 star hotel, I was shocked that there were no towels in the room when we went to shower. The ice bucket was not emptied or the coffee maker. There are a lot of options in New Orleans, and I don't think this was the best bang for the buck.
The property is spectacular, but what sets it apart are the wonderful staff members there. Everyone from the doorman to the maid made me feel like I was am honored guest. Highly recommend this property!!! Not a thing!

I have stayed at the St. Louis before, and it is my personal choice for location, atmosphere, and value in the French Quarter.

It was nice having the proximity of the hotel to multiple attractions.
The staff was very accomodating in all respects. The location was also very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. This is a perfect location if you are going to Mardi Gras. The bar was only open until 9 pm which wasn't convenient, but there was a bar at the corner of Bienville and Burbon which was very close.
The staff was the best from start to finish!! I have to give props to house keeping for the amazing job they do, Ms Julie moves through the hotel like greased lightning!! Ms Janet, our concierges, made it possible for us to see as much as possible during our stay and is very knowledgeable about the area and the best tours. Our doormen, King Saloman, Sir Larry and Sir Lawrance , as my husband liked to call them, were friendly, fun and very helpful. From front to back, the staff was amazing. Rooms are clean, comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful, so many choices. Can you tell we loved our stay!!??
The hotel itself is really nice, especially the patio. The location of the hotel is also excellent The rooms were not really clean. The first room we had was so noisy that we could not sleep. We were then given another room which was quiet.
Access to Bourbon Street and remainder of French Quarter There is a usage fee and utility fee that has to be paid at the end which really seem like charges that should either be incorporated in to the price of the room or dropped. I read about them online and was prepared. However, other parties checking out at the same time were very suprised. Also, parked for an overnight rate at a garage one block away for less than their garage rate.

Great location and staff. The valet parking crew was very professional and courteous. Olga at the bar was a pleasure to talk too. I liked the modern decor as well. I would recommend this hotel most of the time. Walls are thin--I could hear people talking on both sides of my room. I imagine it has something to do with being an old building. Fortunately it didn't last long, however, if you are there for any kind of festival where there will be a lot of late night partying (it's near Bourbon street so this may happen quite a bit), I'd recommend being one of them instead and not assuming a good night sleep.
