Prós: The hotel is close to Jalan Alor and about a 15 minute walk to Pavillion Mall, Bukit Bintang, and Bar Street.
Contras: The facilities of this hotel are completely outdated and in need of serious repair and upgrading to warren the price. The hotel smells of mildew, has old carpets, and all of the fixtures and furniture are worn.
The staff tries to help, but they have limited power and can be snippy. We needed a roll away bed and when it finally came to the room (we asked at check in and had to call 2 more times) it had bed bugs and my legs were bitten incessantly over night. Additionally, our room smelled like cigarette smoke even though the hotel insisted it was smoke free.
Finally, we needed a taxi to KL Sentra at 2:30 am. We told them well in advance and they wouldn't help. They told me to use GrabCar instead.
