Camas super confortáveis. A 1 quadra do vlt, com acesso fácil ao Estádio NRH. Excelente equipe. É um pouco inconveniente quando se está de carro. É muito difícil evitar o tráfego nos arredores.
Limpo, confortável, e conveniência no ótimo preço! Tudo se destacavam expectativa
walking distance to light rail, and bus stops.. 4-5 bus stops south of museum distract.. AMAZING location nothing special
Air conditioner worked but was very noisy. Also one of the elevators was broken
Breakfast bar every morning and shuttle drivers were very courteous as well as staff. Construction next door lots of noise and they took up a lot of parking and blocked vehicle in several times had to find some one on crew to move vehicles or blockades to get out. Room smelled a little musty and shuttle didn't run on weekends. Only Monday thru Friday.
Free very good breakfast. Less than 10 minutes walking distance to MD Anderson main building. They have a shuttle van to and from any part of the medical center on the hour on weekdays. There is a small pool and clean small gym. Amenities: if you need it, you can ask from toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shave gel. No shuttle to and from airport. Not very close to any shopping center, grocery stores, drug store. Walking distance to nearest CVS was 15-20 minutes brisk walking.
Didn't get room we were confirmed for. Undependable shuttle service
The pool and hot tub were nice, the location is very good. I booked the hotel online and paid for the room. The hotel then charged me for the room a second time the day after my stay. If I wouldn't have audited my credit card purchases, I would have paid for the room twice. I am disappointed with the Best Western Medical Center Houston, and I would not stay there again because of this.
my hotel room had a strong smell that was very strange, and the carpet looked like it had just had something scrubbed out of it poorly: it was very wavy and uneven and had come loose from all of the carpet tacks in the middle. as a business traveler I spent very little time in the room which was OK, but I would definitely not go there on any kind of vacation
The clients of this Best Western are mostly for patients or those with buisness in the Texas Medical Center. The staff are very couteous and cooperative. The lobby, dining area, and rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location for price and they offer a shuttle to the Med Center. Free parking, breakfast, wifi, and gym. Easy to navigate to (it is right off Main Street).
The Best Western Plaza is a basic hotel for the budget minded traveler. Located right in the Medical Center, many medical destinations are walkable. The beds are comfortable, a decent hot breakfast is included, and parking is free. On either side are a Hilton and a Wyndham, with rooms costing at least twice as much for those more interested in fancy shampoos and bellhop service. .
The shower was one of the best showers I have ever taken. Great water pressure and temperature. It was sorely needed as this place is a dump. It was dirty, grimy, had bugs etc....I wouldn't consider this a hotel. It is more like a transient motel. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Had I not paid in advance and known that my stay was going to be less than 8 hours I would have turned around as soon as I entered the parking lot. The room smelled, had holes in the walls and didn't appear to have been painted or updated since the 70s. I promise that the only good, scratch that, great thing was the shower!! This is a 1 star hotel that should be selling rooms for $30/night.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice. We will definitely be back as I have frequent appointments at MD Anderson Cancer Center!!!
Size of room was good and the kitchen area was nice gave it a home feeling. I didn't not like that there were some kind of flying insects in the tub and bugs inside and out of pillows ND bed covers and also I saw a big roach underneath couch. We couldn't stay another night it was Gross and couldn't sleep because I didn't want one of those bugs going into my ear while I sleep
