Nada de muito significativo, talvez devido a sujidade das ruas a entrada do hotel não parecia limpa, mas nada que afetasse a qualidade do hotel

O pequeno-almoço buffet é muito bom! O quarto é bom e limpo. Os funcionários são simpáticos! O hotel está muito bem situado, no centro da cidade.

Everything in the hotel was great - the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel's location was perfect, and breakfast was good too! Add in the great Value for money and there was nothing not to like.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Could not do enough for you. Comfy beds. OK breakfast on floor 9.

Good location, simple rooms but have everything you need, breakfast was good.
When I tried to book an early morning taxi to the airport I was told different information from two staff members which confused things, including payment method. Wasn't sure if the second person was unsure of the system but he said I could't pay by credit card which in the end was actually possible.

“We had a room on the 7th floor which had a panoramic view of the city. It was also spacious and comfortable, and very clean. We only stayed for one night as we moved here because, due to poor planning, the other hotels we stayed in were full. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in on our outward and return trip to Mandalay, this was the best value.”
