Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was huge. It was generally clean. Dropping a "No Smoking" card on the desk does not change a smoking room into a non-smoking room. Hotel did not tell me that they could not honor my non-smoking room request. I am allergic to tobacco, so this could have been a bigger problem. Shower curtain smelled of mildew. Air conditioner was too small to cool the entire room, meaning that one side of the bed was freezing while the other was sweltering. There was only one nightstand. Furniture appeared worn and moisture damaged. Safe was inoperable.
Super clean, nice and shiny/- supremely comfortable; great shower. Friendly staff-/ even got a courtesy call to check on us. Biscuits on buffet were hard tack , and I'm just a biscuit lover so it was a bummer-/ but this is a small thing/- it was not earth shattering! I had cereal instead!
The people were awesome. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Shower head so low
Very charming, tons of character and lots of history. Karin and Gary (owners) treated us like family. Within waking distance to cute downtown shops. Definitely would stay there again if in area.
Very friendly service with a personal touch. Very clean.
We came to see mammoth cave and was very pleased with the beauty and history of Glasgow and this historic bed and breakfast. Breakfast was great and our room was filled with period antiques. Nice private bath and wonderful hospitality. ABC was a wealth of knowledge in the history of both Glasgow and the hall place. We will be back!
Great location, spotless, friendly staff, full of charm, and character! I have 'NO' complaints what's so ever!
Great breakfast; friendly hosts; comfy bed in huge, beautiful room; nice shower; good wifi; water bottles on night stand Some noisy trucks on the street early in the morning
My daughter and I felt safe, comfortable and welcome during our stay.
My friends and I could not have been happier with our stay. The Inn is lovely and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. We cannot wait to return for another stay.
Very interesting history! Great breakfast! Owners out of town, their daughter was there with her 3 1/2 yr old. When we were being shown around the child was hitting our legs with her doll (big baby) unfortunately the mother was not paying attention and did not make her stop until we did.
We stayed in the rose room which (private entry) which was very nice. No one works there at night, so we used the living room at night. It was quiet and comfy. Car broke down and we moved to the greer room. This room has a sofa and minifridge. Very nice Mattress in the rose room needs to be replaced. Bottom sheets in both rooms became untucked with both beds. Other than that it was great! I would definatly stay again. We didn't have a car on the last day we were offered a ride to the store. Very nice!!
Friendliness of the proprietor without being overly obtrusive. Closing upstairs door to stairs with luggage in hands. Television in room could be better located for viewing.
Old country in with fantastic antique charm. Staff was very friendly, Gary did a great job with beakfast and keeping the place ready to receive guests very comfortably. The room needed one more chair. Although comfortable, the antique victorian couch just wasn't quite enough.
The house and rooms were very nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had nice modern fixtures. Gary was very friendly and the breakfast was good.
charming place rather skimpy breakfasts
I liked everything about Main Street B&B. Spacious clean rooms, beautifully appointed, good breakfast, friendly owners.
The motel was OK. The issue was that the hotel was listed as being in Park City KY but was in fact in Glasgow KY. We had to drive 22 miles out of our way to get there. Very aggravating.
Front desk staff was awesome. It was a discrete stay and the staff assured us that it we be that way. What else can you ask for. Top of the line rating!
