Do shopping, pois tinha atrações para todas as idades e princpalmente para compras. Encerra muito cedo o expediente do shopping.
Do luxo do hotel, por um preço bem razoável. Gostei de tudo.
Família junto de nós era alto
Fast service at the desk and the room was very comfortable and clean. Was right across the street from the shopping mall, which is where we wanted to go. Fast check out, clean lobby, friendly staff.
close to West Edmonton Mall first time (and we travel alot) I heard that internet cost 8.50no resturantor coffee shop
I went to the West Edmonton Mall Inn as a replacement for the Fantasy Land Hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely set up. Not extravegant but a great place to stay if going in for a Buisness Trip. I would also say that this would be a great place for families to stay if they are not spending a whole lot of time in their rooms. It is right across the street from West Edmonton Mall so very close to shopping, waterpark, amusement park, theater, restraunts, etc. but cheaper then stay at the Mall. Was not able to access internet, one employee told me sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. You have to pay for everything (telephone use- even local calls, internet, office supplies- fax, copier, ect)
Close to West Ed Mall. Room service would be nice.
The fact that it was across the street from West Edmonton Mall, and that the rates were fairly reasonable. I was hoping that there would be a complimentary coffee station in lobby, as well as free wifi in the room.
The location and price are good, its also a very clean hotel and the staff are all nice. The staff at the front desk didn't always seem to know what they were doing. Because there was 4 of us in a room, they go confused and would just hand out room keys to our room to anyone that would ask for one. One of my guy friends couldn't remember what room number we were in so the front desk guy just told him and on top of that gave him a key to get into our room. Good thing it was our friend and not a stranger! at one point I had to cancel all the keys for my room and ask for JUST 4 and had to tell them not to give out any more room keys. Something like this seems like common sense to me, why would you give a room key to someone who isn't even staying in the room?
