price and location staff was very nice rooms are clean and in a good neighborhood and easy access quite also thanks and i will book a stay again hot tub was not usable
In town for a wedding, staff was able to accommodate our needs for transportation as well. Very clean. Heard another guest that came for the wedding was woken up at 2am by the staff and an intoxicated guest overriding the deadbolt to the room. Ooops. Plumbing looked fragile in some showers.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable as always St Hampton Inn! There were absolutely no problems.
Comfortable & clean. Reasonably priced. Wifi would not stay connected. Water quality poor and tasted awful. We found out when we left that they offered bottled water free. Wish we knew that at check in time. Good variety at breakfast.
Free upgrade to suite due to no more king bed rooms, yes! :) Also, no pet fees! Front desk attendant was very welcoming. The only big issue I had was with the air conditioning in the room. I set the thermostat at 65 and it never got below 71 degrees in the room, with it running constantly all night. And the fan is in the suite so most of the cooler air stayed in that area.
Clean, comfortable, good price.
Very courteous hostess at checkin & checkout. She even grabbed my luggage cart for me as I was leaving :) & saved me from having to come into the bldg. Housecleaning opened my door despite 'do not disturb' sign as I dried off from shower.Front desk was notified & I appreciated how they resolved issue.

The breakfast choices were better than most hotels so was really nice to have such a selection to choose from. The hotel was off the highway and staff was friendly and the room was clean. Was hard to find when using Google maps on my phone. Was a little disappointed in the bathroom shower accommodation but guess all hotels don't require a tub in their bathroom.
The staff at the hotel are amazing!! I called the afternoon of our stay and spoke with hotel employee who was so helpful and accommodating about us arriving later in the evening. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was The pillows in our room were way too soft and the bed was lower at the head of the bed than the foot of the bed. My husband slept find but I woke up a few times. Also it was a little hard to find and GPS took us the wrong way on the service road.
TV was impossible to get to work properly. Called front desk and had to try several times to get someone on the line. The receptionist had to leave front desk vacant to come help with my television set and it still malfunctioned.
Front desk was very professional. No
Great bed. Frig motor, bathroom light, a/c all too loud!

My bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. My pillows were great. I really loved having free wifi. I loved the free breakfast. The food was great!!! I had the hamburger at the grill for supper one night. Front desks clerks were very helpful.
just the pool!! staff was rude , no one was helpful at all and For the cost I paid I EXPECTED MORE DONT STAY HERE !!
Very nice facility to stay at. Staff very friendly and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Bed extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast was best of any we had during our two week trip (we stayed at several different hotels). Plenty of food to choose from and varied from day to day. Would definitely stay here again.
I was very impressed by the room, it was perfect for me. I was in Texas for a Wedding. The bath room was beautiful. The flat screen was nice, because you could swivel it which ever direction you needed it to be. The breakfast was pretty good also. This was close to everything, shopping restaurants, & my wedding was mins away. So I would stay here again if I needed to be out that way again.
Note that the Holiday Inn Express in Sherman, which my TomTom directed me to, is closed for renovations. This hotel was not too full at the time of my stay--the heat wave may have kept folks away. My only problem was that the wireless internet was connected only after I made a call to the front desk, and they had me call their IT folks at an 888 #. There's got to be a better way to get on line.
Hotel is great, rooms are great, but the indoor pool is so cold you can't swim in it. It needs to be heated.
Another Great HI Express; dependable service and great breakfast. Also, only about 15 miles from Choctaw Casino, OK
This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Not just the rooms, but the staff was wonderful. The front desk girl was very helpful finding some local restaurants for me. I just appreciate the extra effort
We parked just outside the lobby. As I approached the entrance there were two hotel employees standing outside smoking and talking. As I passed, one mentioned to the other, 'Yeah, they cut my hours, too.' Entering the lobby, I saw there was no one behind the desk...or anywhere. I waited for three minutes or so, then called out 'Hello?' No answer. I wandered around a bit, then went back outside and asked the smokers, 'Is anyone watching the desk?' 'Oh, yeah, that's me' said the woman. She snuffed out her cigarette and followed me inside. While I was there another person approached and asked if the internet was fixed. The woman replied that there would be no internet service. Both the other person and I needed the internet badly. No one offered to haul our luggage upstairs. In the whole hotel there didn't seem to be more than five renters. The room itself was comfortable, and the morning breakfast OK, but when it came to service or amenities, you were on your own. Not worth the money.
We stayed here for two nights. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a King suite which was plenty big enough for two adults and a baby with a playpen. We encountered two problems with our room. First the bathroom door stayed locked even if you selected to unlock it, therefore we kept a quarter close by to unlock if necessary. The second issue was that the bedside lamp was unplugged and not usable due to the bulb being broken. My husband advised the front desk of this issue on Saturday morning and the gentleman wanted to know if we wanted it fixed. Well, since it started smoking when we plugged it in and turned it on, yes we wanted it fixed. We were unable to use the pool due the high level of chemicals that were in it on the first night. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you got within 3 rooms of the pool. On Saturday night the pool was closed while the maintained the chemical levels. Breakfast was wonderful on both Saturday and Sunday morning. ...
My stay at this hotel started OK but when I was getting ready to sleep I noticed something in the bed. Two words...bed bugs. I have never packed so fast to get out of a hotel. The best thing I can say is that front desk staff was very apologetic and quick to refund my money. I ended up moving to a new hotel at 11:30 pm.
Went to the NASCAR race in Texas and stayed here on the way...front desk was nice....room was nice...breakfast was good...pool was clean...no problems at all.
