The staff were very helpful and the facilities were excellent.
Room is clean, bath curtain moldy, room service after 11:30 is poor italian rest. pizza is excelent. Lobby is good and spa is 8/10 but messy towels and tissues around the spa, moldy bathroom curtain

I love the spa. There is a great swimming pool for women only that is indoors and the services in the spa are great! The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The stafff is knowledgable and friendly. No complaints!

Location The hotel looks loke having a resources issue... For three days before we check-in, and even after we checked-in, we were asking the hotel to provide a twin beded room instead of a queen beded room but they could not do it! They could not provide an extra single bed even nor a mattress on the floor, unfortunatly!!
luxury furniture, breakfast area, staff cooperation. I never stay in a hotel like Sofitel. I love it forever. I recommend it for a Honey Moon stay.

The staff were very good. However, when I called them to confirm my reservation the guy who answer the phone was very rude. In general, every other things were very excellent. I recommend this hotel.

The location is good. 3 minutes to the seaside. Close to excellent food. Nothing major. I just had a much better experience in 2 other branches both local and international

The internet was reliabls but slow. aircon was OK Substandard hotel for one that is supposedly 4 star. It should be 3 star.. Food was very ordinary with little choice, TV stations very limited. Rooms were very old fashioned. No desk space for working and no plug for laptop. Poor service. Most requests were not followed up on

The hotel is in close proimity to resturants, Pharmecies and shopping malls. Easy access to downtown and the seaside. First I have changed my room from junior to two bedroom suite. I was shoucked by the rules they have. I have rented two bedroom apartment (big) and I have my wife and kids with me. Reception informed me that only four allowed and SR100/day for every kid and that makes the price very high. Also no food allowed from outside. I tried thier resturants and it was very bad. Also they have some kind of monitoring(staff) to see how many stay in the room every time you go out or come back and that created frustration among my family.

The food was good The behaviour of the health club staff(only one person was avalable there at night around 9 PM)He behaves rudely.This person was watching a programme on TV and my visit interrupted,thus made him unpleasant to me.
Staff at front desk were good. Ac did not work properly and room was not cool. Hotel rooms needs upgrade as they are dated and stuffy and feel old. Hotel security was non existent which was surprising and a major concern.

Personnel is helpful to organize all side activities. Breaksfast buffet has wide variety. Noise insulation is quite poor. Choice of restaurants for dining is very limited (2 only), 1 Chinese and 1 itnernational with different themes every day (I was there 3 days, it was 3 times "seafood" theme and I'm allergic to seafood...)
The speed of the check-in process and the overall attitude of the hotel staff. The reception staff was not happy with timing of the reservation notification by booking.com. Also, the room I got was not the best, a colleague was able get a lower rate (sar 378) as walking guest. The rate I got from booking.com was (sar 414).
I have only reasons not to go there anymore. Bad smell, bad position, unpleasant staff, old fornitures. It was a big mistake booking there. Really nothing

Furniture is poor ( the coach is patched!!!),room service are not professional ( the next day we found one blanket on the floor), staff is not so kind or welcoming. I was expecting more from a Carlton!!!
The treatment was excellent. I had a leak in my shower in the 2nd day of my stay and I was given an upgraded room (suite) for the remaining 3 nights. Also, I was offered free breakfast because I qualified for a corporate rate that they had which was the same price like yours in addition to free breakfast. They did not provide any complementary bottled water or a fruit basket. They also did not have any complementary tea or coffee supplies or even a kettle. However, they indicated that they can provide hot water for free (of course you probably would tip the room service boy)

Hotel staff is nice , polite and professional. The only thing I like to add that Room A/C maintenance to be done regularly. Overall the hotel is good for stay in future.

The Desgin of the hotel, They shall give special offrer for the the people who are booking in the hotel to take 50% discont in lunch at hotel, & using Hotel car.
The staff are very courteous and patient with us. The room service is not up to my expectation. The housekeeping never check on the shortfall in the room and my room 208 was not clean for housekeeping.

Free internet The window was broken and traffic noise disturbed my sleep. In the lobby there was an intense smell of incense that has prompted us to leave the lobby as quick as possible. Most of the personnel speaks bad english and did not understand what we said.

i had problem with my reservation since the rate was 2550 sr for 2 nights but they chraged me 2950 sr for 2 nights plus 15 % tax , and when i showed them the copy of my reservation they told me the rate in thier system is diffrent and that booking .com resposibilities. i hope that i will get the answer a.s.a.p
The room cleanliness and the location of the hotel is very good to business tripit is not close to the beach The hotel staff was very bad, first they didn't find my name on the reservation. They even didn't believe me when I show them my booking.com reservation then I have to call booking.com customer service to clarify the situation.booking.com said that they sent a fax to the hotel and the problem is that the hotel didn't check their fax machine :-|.

I chose this appart hotel, because they mentioned that they have free WiFi Internet and they are at beach side, neither the former nor the later is true. and the price over the web site is not accurate, its much expensive than that.
