Mobiliario e equipamento bom. Em resumo um hotel agradavel
We stayed in room 10 (on 2 different nites!) and it was everything we expected. The staff was friendly and helpful and we would definitely refer anyone to this hotel. Nothing!
The special touches which made it so relaxing: the silent movies combined with mood music; incense, candles and absolute style, extremely warm and friendly staff.
The hotel staff was very kind and helpful
Individual and attractive in rather special building and area
Very personable service in a very special hotel
Nice decor, friendly staff, lovely breakfast.
Central location, close to bus/train station and the city center. Breakfast is really scarce.
Good location - walking distance to most places and near public transport. Decor - candles at night. Panoramic room was great: period room, large window, separate area for a table; good view of the port; clean. Note: The window openened on a main road which is loud, but quietens down at night and closing the windows keeps out much of the noise. Wasn't a problem to us. Nothing really. It didn't have the services of a 4* or 5 * hotel, but then it isn't! So expectations have to be realistic.
The atmosphere & character of the hotel were excellent. It definetly has an authentic Sardinian feel to it, very individual, certainly not for anyone who is looking for a 'chain' hotel experience. Beds very comfortable, good breakfasts, helpful unobtrusive staff, great decor with attention to detail (music, candles). I will stay there again.
The staff were so nice. Friendly and very helpful. After a room change we ended up in a fantastic room with a great view of the port with plenty of room for myself, wife and grown daughter. The breakfast room/lounge is very pretty with sea view. Breakfast is simple and good. There is large variability in the quality of the rooms. When we arrived we were initially very disappointed to be in a small dark room in poor repair. The staff worked hard to make a change and moved us to a large lovely room with a fantastic view of the port, I would advise anyone booking to request a room with a "panoramic" view. It costs a bit more but is well worth it.
I needed to be close to the waterfront, so this was a perfect choice - a 2 minute walk and I was there. Access to and from the airport was very convenient from this hotel too.
the location is very good - right next to the bust stop from the airport / good breakfast. It was freshly refurbished and both the room and bathroom were clean quite expensive for the service provided, the room was really small, no security - everyone can enter anytime - the reception is one floor up from the main entrance while the elevator gives direct access to all rooms.
This is a small, friendly, recently refurbished hotel in an excellent town centre location near the port, main train and bus stations, shops and restaurants. It is also convenient for buses to the Castello quarter and to the beach. Rooms are clean and quite spacious.
The location and the air conditioned room.
Good hotel with great views in a fantastic location. Good service. I would definitely go back. Aircon was too ferocious.
Great location near all restaurants, bars, train and bus stations. An easy bus ride from a great beach. Very friendly receptionists. Would recommend it.
Location was near to main attractions and good selection of restaurants nearby
Location. All facilities was spotless, but the aircon unit leaked. Catered for older visitors - not really young families. No information on local facilities (food / shops etc) provided. Breakfest was a bit meagre.
I came at night and left the next morning, so I only got to experience sleeping at the hotel. But the staff was very friendly and helped me find my way when I left. No
Staff very kind
Fantastic family run hotel, close to sites and transport. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very informative- just need to ask.
Nothing Breakfast service and Hospitality
It is really close to the city center All the staff should improve their english (maybe except that nice blond ladie at the reception). My room was really stinky and dirty. I wouldn't go there again.
The staff was excellent - ready to fulfill any wish of the guest. Also of importance is hotel's very central location - between Il Castello and the port. Very quiet area and still there are only few steps to Piazza Matteotti. Visit the restaurant "Eno" just a few yards away from the hotel - and you will wish to come back every evening.
Very close to city centre Breakfast not worth bothering with
good value hotel for city centre location good food but portions were far too much for 1 person only criticism was the breakfast was dis-organised as only one person to serve up to 30 people so it took 35 mins to serve you by the time you had sat down! apart from that it was a pleasant stay right in the centre of city!
