AC didn't work in first room. Bathroom size too small vs rest of the room (we had a suite).
the place was clean and very well taken care of. good location. nice rooms, except for (see what i didn't like) i was woken up at 9:00a.m. by some sort of knocking maybe caused by expanding joints or metal or possibly construction occuring in an adjacent rooom. i was in the quient wing so the knocking made it more irritating. it went on from 9:00a.m. for at least two hours. i had arrived early that morning like 1:00a.m. and hope to sleep to about 11:00a.m. but with the knocking that wasn't happening. i had to get up and get ready and leave to avoid the annoyance all together. there are many factors/expectation one has when staying at a hotel. with this particular stay i was hoping for a long and good night's sleep. the hotel failed in that respect. that was the most important aspect of that stay given my arrival time and need of a solid rest before a long drive home. disappointing!
The room was standard but quite clean. It was evident that the room I was staying in had been recently updated, which was nice. This may seem like a small thing but the towels were amazing! Housecleaning staff was great. The concierge was awesome. I was staying at the Marriott across the street for a few days and had to extend my stay so I moved over to the Hilton. The check in took forever. There were 12 people in line when I got there and 1 person working registration. When I left Marriott there were 6 people checking in customers. A manager walked up to check in a pilot, looked at the line of others waiting to be checked in and just walked away when she was finished. When it was my turn to check in my room wasn't ready and the woman checking me in was incredibly rude, for no reason. I left to get something to eat and when I returned a few hours later to get my room keys the next woman at the check in desk rudely told me I was already checked in and reprimanded me for not getting my keys the first time. Quite unpleasant and have no idea why. In contrast, everyone at Marriott was incredibly nice and helpful.
I've stayed at this Hilton before and everything was fine but this time was a disaster. When my boyfriend and I arrived we went to our room to find out we were given a wheel chair accessible room because there was a large convention going on in the hotel and when I called the first time to switch rooms I was met with no solution and no option of switching to a standard king room and was told that I had specifically requested this type of room. So I then went into my emails to check if perhaps I had made a mistake while booking and it was obvious to me that this was there mistake. I then called the front desk again and they then gave me the option of switching to a room with two queen bed which we ended up doing. When we arrived in our next room, with the two queen beds, we turn the lights on in the bathroom there is a HUGE bug on the floor looking like a mix between a cockroach and a grasshopper. I then called the front desk again to tell them what was going on and they said it was normal and they could send someone up to kill the bug...!!!!!! Like what??? So unprofessional. I asked to switch rooms and they said they had nothing available do to a large convention so there we were left in this room which had more than one bug inside. So discusting. On the second night of our four night stay I called again and spoke with a very nice women at the front desk and was able to switch to a standard king room. Overall the staff is so unprofessional, the rooms have bugs and I honestly will never stay here again souly based on the lack of customer service.
Facilities & ambiance were excellent. Staff was friendly. The pool was overcrowded, so an extra pool would be nice.
The front desk staff went above and beyond. I was very impressed with the high level of customer service they uphold. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and we had a great view of Disneyland. Could not hear any sound through the walls, the room was quiet. Check in was quick and easy. Elevators from the parking garage take you directly into the hotel right by the front desk and room elevators.
Express checkout was available, but you had to fill out a card with your room number and email, so they could send you the final bill. I have yet to receive mine. I left a message and they haven't followed up. Trip ended 11 days ago. I was overcharged for car parking. They should have charged me for only one day, but was charged for four days. Car pooled with friends, they stayed over one day and got their own room the following day.
Main lobby is nice, toiletries were great quality Front desk staff member was short and rude. Outdated rooms that need a lot of touching up.
The way the lobby looked was nice. My boyfriend and I came to the Hilton in Anaheim and stayed for two nights to celebrate his birthday. We have stayed at many hotels around this area because we like to go to Disneyland, and this was by far the WORST hotel I have stayed at, Mediocre looking room, lazy house keepers and horrible service. Also had to keep the a/c running at 65 degrees because if we didn't, our "non-smoking" room will begin to smell like cigarettes. Maybe it was the room next to us that smoked cigs in their room but it was very strong in ours. Upon entering the room, the tv wasn't working, had to call the front desk to send someone up to fix it, said he'd be there in 10-15 min...he shows up almost two hours later. It would've been nice to know he'd be there in 2 hours NOT 15 min. The next morning we leave our room go to breakfast at 7 am expecting that our room will be stocked with new towels and have our bed made...we come back at 4 pm and our room has NOT been replenished no one has came in to clean anything! I call the front desk and he tells me house keeping will be there in 10-15min. 20 min later nothing...I call back and tell them that I just need some towels and finally after waiting 45 min and calling twice I got my 2 towels. The showers were terrible. For starters the shower curtain kept wanting to stick to my legs and I had to place the curtain outside of the tub to prevent that, causing water to spill on the floor but at that point I was already annoyed by this curtain! Then the water took forever to warm up, and it was either SCORCHING HOT or ICE COLD for water temperature. Overall my stay was just very very disappointing. I was expecting more from a Hilton and my boyfriend wasn't happy with it either. I have never been so pissed off to the point where I'd want to write a review like this but this place is really NOT worth the amount of money you'd have to spend. (Btw they try to charge you $5 for a ride to the park when you could just walk right across the street to the Disney shuttles for free lol). I feel that I must emphasize that this place doesn't care about its guests, they just want your money. I'll come back to Anaheim and its other wonderful hotels, but I definitely won't be staying here.

The only pros to this location are the location and the beds. I have never received such poor customer service at a 4 star hotel. My husband and I called around noon day of our reservation to confirm that we wouldn't lose our room and were reserved for a king size bed, we provided our confirmation # and were reassured that our 7pm estimated arrival wouldn't affect anything. Turns out that was a miscommunication. After being placed in a double room directly across from the elevators, we returned to the front desk to rectify the situation. The employee whom helped us was completely lacking in compassion, barely looked at us, and treated us as if our requests were a bother to her. After being told they were fully booked, we then asked that we at least be placed in a quieter area. The 2nd room was directly across from the ice machine and had a rattling AC vent. We then returned down to the front desk, because if you try to call your phone call goes unanswered, and asked to speak to a manager in order to explain our frustrations. He also was not accommodating and treated us unkindly, in fact he harshly told us that that is "what we get" for booking through a third party site. Finally after his departure, the poor employee whom received us that 3rd time, expressed her surprise that he didn't help us and chose to rectify the situation herself placing us in another king size bed room at the end of a hallway. (She had noticed the amount of times we had returned to the front desk). There is no excuse for the miscommunication and levels of customer service we received from this establishment.
Clean very well maintained lobby/bar/restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was clean and cozy. Location was good. Shower was horrible. The water was either hot hot or cold cold. U could not get warm water no matter what time of day (morning, late morning or late at night). The ceiling in the shower had peeling paint and drywall (leaving a hole in the ceiling) Room was in need of some updating. Restaurant was way over priced. $16 a day for parking
Washing machines in 3rd and 4th floors Location is not to far to drive and not to close to walk to and from Disneyland ,shuttle is expensive 3$ per person per trip

I liked that it was close enough to walk to the parks. The staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean The bed was hard very hard! Hard to sleep on . I could hear kids all night running above my room, very loud, the old time air conditioner on the floor was so loud when it came on It would wake us all up! Only one area to get ready in the morning which is in the bathroom , daunting with girls. When we first arrived there were picketers out front, and were there every morning. I asked hotel staff about it and they seemed ok with it. if these things were updated the hotel would be great!
We really enjoyed the kitchen. With a family of 7 and vacationing for 7 days, it helped in our overall costs. It would be nice to have a DVD player hooked up to at least one of the tvs.
Bed didn't have a comforter,also it was very hard.
I spended 5 days and I had a great time. Good breakfast, nice lobby, good size rooms, good for family of 6, two queens and a sofabed. I would come back. During my stay they were fixing some of the halls walls and it looked like a mess but I understand that when they finish It's going to be nice and clean.
Walking distance to Disneyland unless you have small children. Hotel and breakfast were great. Upon check in, only one person at desk and not a big variety of TV stations available, Otherwise it was fine.
The location was perfect--around the corner from Disneyland. The room was upgraded to a suite, which gave our family of 4 (2 older adults, 1 young adult and 1 teenager) more room to move around in, during the very little time we spent in the room. Microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator were a plus. Accommodations were basic, breakfast was free but not tasty, and we didn't like the pitch for attending a time share talk.
It is a very clean and friendly hotel. I would stay again I didn't like that I couldn't watch the angels game. They only have a few channels you can watch from. They need more options to choose from.
Our whole family agreed that the breakfast was the best we have had away from home .... I personally liked the little store in the hotel and the room set up Parking!!!!!!!! And the fact that we had to take two different elevators to get to different parts of the hotel

A nossa estadia não só teve uma ótima relação custo-benefício, como os quartos eram muito melhores do que eu esperava de um Best Western. A cama era maravilhosamente confortável e a localização perfeita para a Disney.
O melhor do hotel e a sua localizacao proxima a Disney. Tem um quarto bem espacoso e confortavel. Fomos colocados em um quarto de fumantes por 2 dias, embora tenhamos feito reserva para nao fumantes. a pessoa da recepcao informou que a prioridade nao era para reservas feitas pelo BOOKING.com. Nao ha espaco adequado para o cafe da manha. o cafe da manha e muito simples.
Great staff nice rooms. The engineer who replaced the air conditioner was awesome did a great job to save us on a hot weekend. The air conditioner broke had to be replaced at 10 o'clock at night. Parking is expensive.
Great loacation and staff was outstanding Noise from fitness club could be heard every morning beginning at 5:00 AM. Restaurant prices were a bit high for goods received

The hotel, staff, location, facilities and basically all needs were very well addressed and made the stay wonderful. I couldn't have found a better place to stay to make the trip to Disneyland a great experience I really have no complaints about any aspect of my stay at the hotel
The housekeeping staff was very efficient and really tried to accommodated my needs. Having to pay for Wi-Fi (I think it was $12.95 for regular service and $14.95 for high speed). And for parking: $24.00 per nite. I'm guessing this might be the industry standard in this area, but what a shame

Wonderful staff, nice room, beautiful pool, and gorgeous lobby and grounds. Starbucks should be open later and the pool hours should be extended.
We were a couple wanting a king size bed, which we reserved and the hotel gave us a room eith two doubles and would not make any accomodations for the fact that they allegedly did not have any king beds. So we opted to go somewhere else.
The Hotel has a great location and the staff is great. But, it's getting old. The bathrooms are getting run down and broken. Shower heads and drains are broken. Rooms are showing signs of age. For the price, compared to Vegas, they really ought to be updated. The Hotel has been getting away with it because of the convention center and Disneyland being so close that it hasn't affected the capacity. Yet.
The balcony was a cool area. The heating/cooling unit was EXTREMELY loud! The room itself was okay, but to charge guests that are staying at the hotel $25 per night for parking is pretty ridiculous and excessive. Furthermore, this hotel still charges its guests for internet acess!!?? This is the first time I have been charged for WIFI in California is the past 5 years. Get with the times, Marriot. The hotel wasn't that great to begin with.
Great staff! Very eager to help. Great location to Disneyland. Very expensive food. Not suited for families because of the high cost of food. Nice pool. Clean lobby, pool area and dinning areas. Cost $41 to park your car in self parking! This for 1 day & a half of parking! Absurd! $17 for a hamburger that wasn't all that great! All the food was way over priced. Got a New York steak that was soo charred on the outside and way over priced...$55 with NO side dishes, no salad. Rooms smelled terrible! We changed rooms 3 times. The 3 rd room was better, but not by much. Their $150 delux room is a very small box of a room. Very cramped! No bathroom fans either. So when you take a shower, the bathroom fills with moisture to the pint that it's dripping off the walls! And then the moisture fills the main room when you open the bathroom door. No wonder the rooms smell badly!

Observei que A Administração do Hotel deveria atentar para maior segurança, pois a Entrada dos apartamentos eé tambem realizadac`pela lateral do prédio não se passando pelo Lobby.
O acesso free aos canais de noticias e da disney channel, e o acesso free a internet. Somente o sistema de reserva que achei um pouco rígido quanto a regras de remarcacao de datas.
The price for the room and location was great, we were able to walk to disneyland. It was clean but they are in the middle of a renovation and it looked like they used bargain workers. The only things i didnt like was that due to the renovation the pool was closed and i think they should tell you this before you make a reservation in case its something your looking for during your stay. Also their cable is no good, there was only about 5 channels and the wifi doesnt work in the rooms even though it says on their website wifi in all rooms. But for the amount of time we spent in the room and for their price it was a good stay.
Very modern decor. Newly remodeled. Clean. Curtains fully block out sunlight for late sleepers. Location near Disney Resort is perfect! I would definitely stay there again but I'm guessing once the construction is finished the prices are going to skyrocket. Currently under construction which is why the rates are so cheap. No phone in room (due to construction) Pool wasn't open (due to construction)
Room was newly renovated, clean and very spacious No breakfast offered. Looks like they have the facilities and offered it up at one point but now it is empty unused space.
Close to Disneyland but not walking distance. They lied or were at very minimum were less then truthful about having a pool and a free breakfast.
The eden roc exceeded my expectation, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was. I booked this hotel last minute and while they are still under construction, the rooms were clean and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. Would go back again. Construction
Our room was sleek and modern, just like in the pictures. I didn't mind the construction in the lobby, or throughout both parking lots. As read on other reviews, there was no phone connected yet BUT they have now updated the TVs with more than two channels! :) I am more than statisfied with my stay, considering the awesome price and the newly renovated rooms. It is also a very close walk to Disneyland if you cut through the backside of the Grand Californian. LOCATION PERFECTION! Yes, I was skeptical about staying here after reading all the negative reviews, but Eden Roc is now going to be one of my top choices. With free parking, clean "wood" floors, and a friendly staff, every penny was completely worth it. The beds and upstairs floors were noisy (I had a ground floor room), but I was expecting it. Also, the office entrance is located in the further parking lot.
Clean hotel. Walking distance to Disneyland. Would stay again. Be sure to get a second floor room, the floors are thin and you can hear everything from the room above you if you are on the first floor. It was bad enough that we switched rooms.
Close to Disneyland you can either take the ART or get a taxi which we did and found it was easier and cheaper. The rooms are newly remodeled, so it's very clean, the parking lot is under construction and parking is limited. The only complaint was the maid left our door open and we when returned the door was open ajar and light was on, thankfully nothing was taken but wasn't happy about that.
This place was very clean and the staff was very nice.
Nice modern renovations. Big room. Microwave. Fridge. You could hear EVERYTHING above you. Not sure if it was a guest room or maids area above us where they stored things but was very hard to sleep with all the commotion. The rooms our friends slept in were oddly shaped and cramped and they could also hear a lot of noise above them. Very thin walls! Found a few hairs in the shower and on the bed when first checked in. Could be from the maids. Hopefully not from the previous people who stayed there. Not worth it, especially after the long walks home from the parks and then you cant sleep because of all the noise. No safe in room or breakfast place or sundry to buy waters.
I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago because of the location. Came back again for the same reason and I enjoyed their newly renovated hotel rooms. It was very clean and I highly recommend this place!
Kyak never sent my reservation to Eden rock. I was stuck in Anaheim on a holiday weekend and they said they couldn't find me a room. Not a fan. Still waiting for my refund.

I paid when I was there I was charged and then I get home and check my account and it was charged $128 + $14 when I call and ask why I was charged $14 they say for a parking fee I wasn't ever aware of a parking fee when I checked in no one told me nothing about a parking fee

This hotel has many thing to like about it. The staff was very professional. The room we had, the 2 queen and kitchenette, was large and I would call a top value. The free breakfast was 5 stars. Right across the street from Disneyland. 5 star experience. I didn't particularly like the $18 a night parking fee, but all together not really something to complain about.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location next to Disneyland. The rooms were just OK but adequate. Cleanliness could be improved. Parking convenience is great. Shuttle service would put this hotel over the top for convenience and value. Our family would consider staying here again.

It was a short (10-15 min) walk to the Disneyland resort, which was the main purpose of our trip. They also were beginning some kind of flooring work when we were leaving, so it seems like upgrades are on the way. The room was outdated,but definitely seemed clean, which was more important to me.
Walking distance to Disneyland is wonderful.
