Friendly , helpful, courteous staff. Good breakfast, kept food full .. Very good variety. Nice, comfortable .. Construction going on but did not interfere with our stay. Visited with our long time friends in lobby and nice visit. Lobby couch a little dated but they are in the works of improving and upgrading.
It was a generally good hotel for our needs and convenient to the airport. There is no elevator and there is no automated door at the front entrance. In other words, if you are in a wheelchair, use a cane, or have any other mobility issues, this is probably not the hotel for you.
Bed and linens were comfortable, room was fine. Nothing fancy, but well-equipped. Breakfast had real cooked eggs and sausage (and I think a waffle machine, but I didn't look too closely), not just the all-carb except hard boiled eggs breakfast you get at similarly priced hotels. Front desk was fine. It was a quick airport stay for me, and was everything I needed with no complaints. I personally don't like all styrofoam and paper products at breakfast, no real mugs, so you can't heat up your milk to go in your coffee, but I realize that's a personal preference. Next time I'll bring my own mug and it will be fine. And the clock and lamp on one side of the bed seemed to be unplugged, but I didn't have time to deal with it and didn't need them. These are small things in an overall good economy hotel. Not fancy or terribly up-to-date, but very functional, clean and solid.
great breakfast, helpful staff. in the hallways the carpet smelled old and the smell was being masked by too much carpet freshener.
Location, convenience They advertised a small gym but there was none at all. Their smoke free rooms are upstairs to their smoking rooms and they smell of smoke. Couldn't sleep there. Left for a different hotel. Staff was understanding.
The room was clean. My room was right across from the laundry room and it smell of cleaning chemicals. Also the hot tub was not very hot.
We went to this location for a weekend vacation. We showed up later in the evening to check in. The front desk person advised me that I was going to be in a smoking room and asked if that was okay. It was not okay so he upgraded me to a NICE suite..... I really got a bang for the buck! The room was clean and also the breakfast was really good. The only thing that was bothersome is that the last day we were there the hotel ran out of towels and I had to dry myself with my wife's wet towel. Otherwise we didn't spend enough time at the hotel to have anything really bad happen. Ran out of towels.
Very convenient location, near airport. Good amenities for the price. Nice place to stay if you are looking to get to the airport bright and early!
Great staff.Took the shuttle to the zoo.
This hotel is wonderful if what you want is very clean rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and linens, wonderful staff, free airport shuttle, ample access to a computer with printer - all this, and probably more that I am forgetting - at a really great price! A special shout-out to the Front Office Manager Tim Martinez who is really excellent at his job! If I come come back this way again, I'll be definitely staying here again. There wasn't anything I didn't like - this is a place that checked all the boxes for me!
It was convenient to the VA Hospital and the airport. I always stsy here when overnight lodging is needed before or after a flght. Bed was comfortable and room spacious and clean. My top sheet was threadbare and i could feel the uneven floor that creaked and moaned when the walked on it. A few upgrades would improve my rating. Upgrade the bedding and fix the flooring. Perhaps new carpet and baseboards. An added value and convenience for little would be to install USB outlets throughout especially at the desk and nightstand
Clean Thermostat was not working properly in room. Room was freezing. No extra blankets in room. When I called for one they gave me one but charged me $7. Horrible
Staff very nice Stained bedding, dirty floors
location near airport and Waffle House, clean room, comfortable temperature and bed. neighbors were noisy until late on a Saturday night
I liked that the hotel was close to the airport. We stayed there because we had an early flight. The refrigerator was making a loud noise. I had to get up in the middle of the night to unplug it because the noise was keeping me awake.
I didn't like to be charged twice for the deposit. I got my money back the next day but it would have been nice to have that to do some shopping.
I've stayed in my share of $60/night airport hotels, and this is one of the best. Clean, well-appointed, safe neighborhood, plenty of food options nearby.
Old, outdated, floors weren't clean (cereal on floor behind bed), beds were clean enough, but holes in blankets. AC worked well and it was quiet and close to airport for quick commute out in the morning. Breakfast was okay.
Our room smelled like animal pee. It was a "pet room" and it was obvious. I paid $10 extra so I could stay in a room that smelled like a dirty animal pound.
Airport shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11:00 pm so we did not need to arrange for a cab. They allow on-site Stay and Park and Fly for a small fee, which was waived this time since it is a new policy and we didn't know. Thanks, Ramada!. Helpful friendly staff. French roast coffee, recommended by the clerk, was delicious at 4:20 am waiting for the shuttle. Quiet and clean room. We have stayed here often and can see improvement and upgrades since it is under new ownership. We look forward to our next stay. My husband ran out of hot water while showering around 9 am on the second morning; luckily I showered before him and it was fine..
Van drivers and location and nice new cozy bed linen were all appreciated greatly. Sopping wet carpet discovered in stocking feet, filthy at that, toilet that didn't flush because the flapper valve was so old it was disintegrating, unmade roll-away bed left in room that I had to remove, raggedy bathroom linens, faucet that would not shut off--seals so bad I couldn't even get it down to a trickle--steady stream, entry door not square--I had to lean into it with my shoulder to get it open. This list is from the 2 rooms I tried. This place is in need of THOROUGH AND COMPLETE renovation, not just dressed-up bed linens and a couple pieces of new furniture.
Every staff person was a pleasure to talk with. Super breakfast. Loved the green chili stew. Lots of amenities and the TV clarity was a treat.
Close to the airport, free shuttle to airport as well as to the rail runner downtown. Friendly staff. Old rooms and facilities. Definitely a budget hotel.
Very helpful staff; clean; convenient N/A
The location was very close to I-25. Beds were not uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet had very limited choices, with dry scrambled eggs probably made with dried eggs and with bland hash brown and tater tots.
The front desk clerk, Gabby was super nice and helpful. They need waffle maker for breakfast.
Good location Dirty bathroom. Hair everywhere. Dead roach.
Location was easy to get to/from. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Hotel seems like it hasn't been renovated in a long time.
Location Room smell .. Old building .. NOT A 3 STAR...
The room was clean and simple. i will stay again the next time visit. My father was at another more expensive hotel and had one more night in the city and actually booked a room for the last night on my recommendation. The have a free hotel shullte and its only $8.00 for a cab ride if the shuttle is busy. I like the free breakfast. They had a good veriety to choose from. Parking is free and easy to get to room. It really was the best value I have had as a world traveler.
there is nothing to like about this hotel expect that it was close to the airport the view outside my window was a man sitting in his car in the parking lot shooting a needle in his arm . I felt like a was watching an episode of Breaking Bad.
Clean room. Nice staff. Great pizza place right down the street and 7/11 right outside. Felt safe and was happy with my room
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was convenient. Breakfast was ok. The room was clean and adequate. We just wanted a comfortable place to sleep. Sadly, the in-room air conditioner was quite loud and the pillows were fat foam things that hurt my neck. Perhaps the staff could have brought something else, but it was late and I didn't realize the problem, so I didn't ask. Bring your own pillow!
Has the value of a $70-$80 range hotel but cheaper.
Very comfortable, easy to get to, very friendly. Extremely clean and quiet-- just perfect for us. Thank you and we will be back. Couldn't find anything negative.
Good price, good breakfast buffet. Nice pool, easily accessible location. Not suites. Slightly seedy location, building is showing its age.
The shuttle service was great. I reserved a king bed room and they didn't have any. There was a dog outside the hotel barking all night. The operator gave me innaccurate information on the shuttle schedule between the rental car center and the hotel.
Room are up to date and clean
From my check in, to the bell hops and shuttle driver, to house keeping, the staff we extremely helpful and went out of there way to make my stay amazing. The female bartender also remember what I drank the 2nd night I was around right before my flight. I was on the side of the building closest to the airport and I didn't really hear a thing. The bell hop told me what buses to take to visit old town and gave me a pamphlet with a map to help me, this was even when he was off the clock by 1pm and on his way out the door to catch his own bus. So thoughtful and totally made the experience for me. They let me check my bags once I checked out so that I could explore the city before my flight. The location is amazing, a bus stop right out the door and a shuttle (or walking distance) to the airport you can't beat it. All in all super professional and welcoming! Out of all the staff there was only one person I had a not so great interaction with, the male bartender Sunday night was a little snooty. There was no bathrobe or something to stir the coffee with the coffee maker in the room. I am a SPG member but still had to pay for wifi. The wifi is more expensive then anywhere in the world I have stayed, including trans-Atlantic flights. It's not worth the price, it's slow and drops a lot.
Very clean, nice room. Amenities were perfect for a single night. Staff was awesome. Highest rating for an overnight near the airport. Don't expect the royal bar... it's pretty basic, but probably perfect for the location and traffic.
The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Easy access to the airport. Comfortable.
The hostess and workers were really friendly Not use to the bed but was still comfortable
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with any of our questions. The lobby was clean and we were pleasantly surprised with how homey and clean our room was. Great value for what we paid for. We were really comfortable and happy with our stay. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to others. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this hotel.
Excellent staff. Breakfast was a bit skimpy.
Everything was homey, clean and nice. This is my 2nd stay with Shirley. She owns the motel and is there pretty much all the time. She really tries to please the guests. When I stayed there before we had a room on the 1st floor and this time we were on the 3rd floor.I'm thinking that this impacts the hot water because the water never got really hot on this stay.
The staff was friendly during the day and late afternoon. The shower had extremely low water pressure.
What made our stay so great was the incredibly helpful, friendly and professional staff that worked there. We were really impressed with the service. This is a standard hotel in every way, but the service made it stand out for us. I think the facilities could be updated, but everything was clean and comfortable.
Nice amenities, room with microwave and fridge, indoor pool and hot tub, free continental breakfast, very friendly staff. They even let us use a pack n play for our 1 year old daughter. Highly recommended!
The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
The bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress, which had no pad or cover, the pillows were thick hard squares that were completely uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was really loud.
Room was neat and clean. Bed and pillows were great. Trying to reach the front desk. Took three calls to get an answer. Once someone answered the phone, they were very courteous.
Great front desk staff. Very helpful in getting loaded early to get to the airport. For the value it was perfect. A place to sleep and get up early to get to the airport.
It was quiet! Even near the airport I didn't hear anything. The heater in the room took awhile to start.
Food is in close proximity The beds are uncomfortable the fire alarm beeped all night the shower got water everywhere and there was swat team kicking someone out of the hotel when I arrived
Quiet, fairly comfortable. By the airport, but easy drive to get to downtown restaurants. We arrived early and exhausted, and staff was kind enough to allow early check-in. Given the rate we paid, we were happy with everything.
Close to airport and auto rental checkin Rooms need a refresh. Wall paper was stained and raveling. Doors did not open all the way, they rubbed on tile and carpet flooring. It seems doors are out of plumb.
Leaving TV was not working, safe in closet was pulled from the wall because they used improper fasteners. Tile missing in bathroom, lack of security as was demonstrated when I placed two calls to the front desk because of running and screaming children in the hallway at 10:30 at night. Very noisy machines in the vending area on my floor. This hotel is run on the cheap!
The restaurant Courteous staff Nice rooms Hated leaving
They gave us a suit which was an upgrade. Beautiful room. very clean and quite. We just went over night to catch an early flight and the toilet wasn't working in the AM so that put a damper on our morning. We told them at the front desk hopefully they fixed it for the next person.
Nice room, nice staff, nice facilities Breakfast cost, but wasn't expensive.
The staff were friendly an the room had a great view. The bed was so comfortable that I slept the whole night. I haven't slept that good in a long time! I'll definitely be back!
The hotel was quiet and clean, and the staff was really friendly and helpful, all of which are the most important things at a hotel to me. The beds were a little uncomfortable for my liking, but that's totally person-dependent; my husband thought they were okay.
I like that it was clean. Loves the free WiFi. I did not like that breakfast was not included. And the swimming pool was way to cold!
Overall, it was nice. Very much needed on a Route 66 exploration. Good food, too.
The last night we stayed there the people in the room above were extremely loud and running around all night as well as the room next door had a baby crying several times. It was very hard to get rest that night
Everything was great. The room was really nice and comfortable. The only problem was the side door by parking was not working and we had to walk around to the front door in the rain.
In a party of 4 people we visited your hotel on two occasions, first was 10th-11th Sept.and again on 25th-26th Sept. for overnight stays, we recommended Homewood Suites to our friends having previous experience of your hotels in past years on visits to the USA . You have maintained your high standards, cleanliness and decor. in general, our friends were impressed. Simplicity of check in & out. its location and comfort Only issues were, its a bit costly, for the overnight stay with breakfast!!. I had to empty trash bin from under sink, must have been overlooked by cleaning staff, not a complaint, just making you aware!! and the key cards are a security concern regards where they may end up after you return them to front desk, they have personal info. on them and I think the guests should be advised to retain these and destroy them as necessary.
Very comfortable atmosphere but still luxurious. Really loved all the free food on offer as well, with the hungry kids!
Funcionários simpáticos, quarto incrível para o preço. O café da manhã foi incrível!
A equipe era simpática e amigável! Fiquei apenas uma noite para pegar um voo muito cedo na manhã seguinte. Quarto muito confortável e muito limpo!
Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was not a breakfast. Shouldn't advertise a breakfast as coffee and a cold pre-packageday muffin.
Amazing staff very friendly and accomidated my every need. It was a great experience. The room was a little small and the breakfast was minimal, but seriously who goes on vacation for hotel breakfasts and to live in their rooms lol.
1) New remodeled room. 1) Refrigerator not working. 2) No ice machine. 3) No hair blower.4) Worst continental breakfast I have ever seen--coffee with candy breakfast bars and plain oatmeal. No milk no anything other than as stated and in the hotel lobby in a 12'x12' area.
Price could lower like it used to be, but they did remodel. Everything was great, except we had to pay for a cab which added on the price
Clean rooms No
The hotel was surprisingly nice and modern. Our room had a kitchenette which was a surprise. The room was booked for two people and had only a double bed. Barely enough for two people. It was also not a soft bed but kind of stiff. That was the only problem we had. The continental breakfast was also very skimpy with coffee and granola bars.
Proximity to airport and cleanliness

noise coming from second floor all night.
Great Customer Service and the Free Airport Shuttle It was a bit noisy on our floor and you could hear the neighbors through the thin walls.
We needed a place to stay overnight before a morning flight. This place was quite good. Very nice beds. Very helpful staff. Extremely convenient location.
The motel was clean, simple, no nonsense. We selected it for its proximity to airport and for its price. It was a very comfortable room to arrive at late at night after a long flight. The breakfast in the morning exceed expectations with its inclusion of biscuits and gravy, as well as waffles, among the standard fare of cereal, toast and yogurt.
The A/C-fan system was really nice and easy to program. Nice warm breakfast.
Unique experience. Nice breakfast. No, I was disappointed when it became medically necessary to spend 3 nights away from the city that I still could not cancel the reservations with Booking.com. Will read more carefully next time and not use such a service. The motel was happy to refund my money but could not as I had reserved with Booking.com
Great staff, clean room and an amazing breakfast that stayed open until 10 am for those late risers!
proximity to airport it felt a bit sketchy... the front door was locked at night and they asked for your name in order to be allowed to enter and check in but you can use the elevator to go whatever floor you want without the hotel card key...
I enjoyed the comfort of the room as well as the quiet. The breakfast was adequate and the service from the staff was exceptional. You have to go outside to get to the swimming pool/sauna/workout room.
It is a nice hotel, comfortable and has good quality breakfast The heating equipment is very noisy
Being clean. Everything was fine.
Great rate, room was more than adequate & comfortable, Very good A/C! If you are in the 3rd floor, there's no elevator, just the good old stairwell. Bathroom area floor were very slippery if wet. Don't know why, but you have to literally "climb" to the shower (elevated?).
That it dint have a refrigerator...
The room was extremely large and well cared for. There was a nice small kitchen fir those staying longer than a few nights. The morning breakfast was amazing, a little bit of everything, even for kids
I liked how the room was set up and the bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness was very good. The reason I stayed here was because it was close to the airport and I could take the shuttle over. Unfortunately, they need to work on the system of which they use to secure shuttle times. I frantically woke up to try and catch an earlier flight and waited with two gentleman that had ordered a 5AM shuttle for flights at 6AM. From what I got out of the stories was that they shuttle was ordered, but no one told the driver and the front desk had to run to the sister chain and get a alternate driver, whom told us she had no idea one was ordered. When the front desk gentleman returned he had told us that the driver needed gas... not too sure I would trust this chain again until a new system is in place.
Very convenient to ABQ Airport, with shuttle to and from, and my car stays free!
Management and staff went out of their way to help me get around when the rental car I reserved was not available
I loved the beds. They were so comfortable. We also enjoyed the deluxe breakfast, and the hot tub. The pool was freezing cold even though they said it was a heated indoor pool. The walls were very thin, so we could here the people next door to us.
The stay was great everything about it was GREAT! The rooms where small but still I would stay again.
Not as nice as I expected. I expected Quality Suites to be a little more upscale. Dark rooms. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was a cutoff pillowtop. The pool smelled like vomit. The chair in the room had torn fabric. Cracks in floors and walls. Would not stay there again. Breakfast was good with eggs and hot waffles.
From ABQ car rental area to the hotel the travel time was less than five minutes, which gave us time to actually do some things on the afternoon of our arrival. Also, the hotel is right off Interstate 25 and it is very easy to find. The view of the Sandias isn't very good, but there is an unobstructed view across Albuquerque, and you can see downtown and the cinder cones (the 'Albuquerque Vulcanoes') to the west, so the sunsets were marvelous. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've experienced in a hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgable of the area. The suite consisted of a small sitting room with a sofa-bed coffee table, desk and a counter with a TV. There was also a sink and a nice-sized refrigerator. This flowed into a short hall with a mirror and sink outside the loo. The bedroom had another TV, and a comfy chair. The AC was in the bedroom, and there was a ceiling fan in the sitting room to draw in cool air. A noisy groop of young people were on our floor for a coupl...
Stained linens, torn, ragged linens, dirty floors, needs updating, poor TV reception and outdated TV's, poor air conditioning, did not replenish cups and soap, dirty bathroom, peeling wallpaper. Never a manager on duty. Have stayed here every year for the last 5 years and have not had a problem. I don't know what has happened, but it has really gone down hill. We will not choose to stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel for just one night, but my family was very pleased. The pool was clean, the hottub hot, and our suite was small, but cozy. Small things needed to be fixed (the light was out in one lamp & the bathroom sink wouldn't drain right), but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine (my son loved making his own waffles) and the price was great for a family. Overall, the friendly & helpful staff was the best. Smiles everywhere we went.
We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk. At first I was a bit worried as the common area hallway carpet was dirty and we had a hard time getting out door to open, but after opening the door to our room, I was very happy. Our room was clean and the beds were covered with luxury linens. The AC was very cold, which is greay since I am pregnant and ALWAYS HOT. The staff was great, offering suggestions for many locals attractions and directions. The breakfast was WONDERFUL (scrambled eggs, sausage, assorted pastries and breads, waffles, yogurt, coffee, milk and cereal). With the exception of one staff member, the entire staff went out of their way to insure our comfort, including finding little bags so that my boys could take some cereal on the road with them when we left. One downside is that the pool looked murky and in need of being shocked, but other then that, I would highly reccommend this hotel.....the room was confortable and the breakfast was the best we have had during...
I couldn't believe it, this hotel is good by all means including price to service. Staff is very friendly, rooms are big. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Very Clean Hotel with nice breakfast.
Quite disappointing¿ Black ants in the room, no noise enforcement, pool and hot tub were unavailable for part of our stay. The only saving graces for this location are that the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was good.
I took my whole family (6 of us) and we were all able to stay in one room and had plenty of space.. Breakfast was a great addition also.
Clean Hotel, happy with beds, microwave, refridgerator. had everything we neededfor our trip very friendly and helpfull staff
The room layout was great for out family of five with the pullout couch and extra tv in the living room. The location was close to the airport and the interstate. We liked the microwave and refridgerator. However, for a Quality Inn I expected a cleaner and more updated room. We had a sticky spot on the carpet, peeling wallpaper, and an iron burn on the carpet. The closet door was off the slide and needed painting. We would still stay here again because of the price and room layout.
Toilet was broken when we checked in, when we asked it to be fixed, they offered to send up a plunger. Room smelled of mildew. Streetlight in parking lot shone directly in our 3rd floor room, it never got dark.
Third stay. Good amount of bed space, microwave, fridge, and sink. TV in booth portions of suite make this ideal for our family stay. Pool seemed a bit murky during this visit, but we were comfortable
