The room was okay I used kayak to get this hotel and then after driving 12 hours to get there they couldn't find my reservation, even after showing them my confirmation email and where they charged my Amex card. I had to call kayak customer service. While on hold with kayak they finally found my reservation. What a hassle.
Hotel was quiet - we stayed on the west side away from the freeway. Breakfast was ample. Two free drinks at the bar were offered each night, but we did not have the opportunity to try them. Breakfast needed more healthy choices. More fresh fruits and yogurts, oatmeal, lower carb choices.
Excellent continental breakfast, friendly staff, and proximity from parks, zoo, etc Noisy, you heard when everyone closed their door on your floor. Not located in the central part of town.
Friendly, comfortable and reasonably convient( by car) to all of ABQ. I would stay there again.
We had a great time at The Clubhouse Inn & Suites. Loved the hot breakfast and the afternoon happy hour w/ management.
The hotel was clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The room was a nice size, as well, and the cleaning staff did a good job. It seemed a little expensive for what it was. If I were to go to ABQ again, I'd check around for some place a little bit cheaper.
The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The hotel is not located within walking distance of any restaurants and has no lunch or dinner services. The hotel provided a safe clean place to sleep but was otherwise unremarkable.
the nice room, the pool area and the breakfast and 2 free drinks.....all very nice.....no complaints from me. only that there is no elevator to the second floor.
The staff were polite and helpful. I definitely liked the proximity of the hotel to different attractions, like the zoo and old town. I also liked how it was a short drive off I-40. I only stayed overnight, but I would stay here again for sure. My only complaint is that my TV was not working properly. When I would change the channel, it would go from the previous channel, back to the new one, back to the previous one, back to the new one, and then it would stop on the previous channel.
Staff was very nice and friendly Non-smoking hotel but smelled like smoke and marijuana. In the room the AC unit did not work
Not much. Just the morning coffee The stay was very uncomfortable. Rooms were not clean. I pd for 3 rooms. Had to get refunded for one filthy room. An went to another hotel. I will never take my family there again. I was very sorry I brot them there. When it was redrool Inn. It was our favorite place to stay as a family. Not no more. The AC didn't work. TV didn't work. Toilets clogged up the first 10 min we were there. Hallways are hot an stuffy. Carpets are stained an filthy. No coffee pot in the room. Although there were coffee cups. Grind to make coffee. No breakfast bar. Mann shud I continue my disappointments. But no more stay that's for sure.
Nothing We got excited off the room before our agreed on time
room clean, nice staff, a lot of permanent/monthly residents, 3 stars, very good.
The staff were retired and very friendly. It was very nice of them to make the non smokers a breakfast bag that was separate from the other breakfast. The front desk said it was for "clean living". The windows are old and the cold just came right through, it had a smell that I can't describe, the people in the rooms next to us (which was the non-smoking rooms) were smoking pot so much we could see the smoke coming out from around the door. My daughter was with me and this was not the environment that I want here in.
Close to bus terminal. Cheap. Microwave and fridge in the room. Breakfast was only orange juice / coffee and donuts. When I arrive they didn't have my reservation and suggested me not to book through Kayak. The fridge was out of order.
